Spacious!
Great stay and wonderful hospitality by the owner. Only stood one night but I wish I had more time to stay. I would recommend this property to anyone. I’ll go back again.

First of all, I still can't get over how beautiful the home is. We stayed for a few days while on a ski trip and couldn't be happier! Our room was gorgeous, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the huge tub in the bathroom was heaven after a long day on the slopes. The property manager, Gleb, was a delight and not only was he incredibly helpful but he was a joy to chat with. The town is delightful as well. It's quaint and everything is walking distance from the house. We will definitely be back! 10/10!

Charming old house
We stayed for one night. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable as described. Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen during our stay but it seemed to have everything one would need. Check in was easy and quick and Gleb was super friendly. The location in Andes is good - you can walk to where are the cafes and bars are located. Our only issue was that the heat should have been turned on in our room before our arrival as it took it a while to warm up. We would stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

Beautiful home
The home and Majestic room was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The town was very welcoming and cute as well. We went to the cider place and got dinner at the hotel down the street. We’d love to come back. Recommend screenshotting check in information before your trip because there’s no cell service anywhere nearby but most places have the WiFi password clearly displayed.

Dollhouse was picture perfect
We stayed at the Dollhouse Mother’s Day weekend 2023. It was a chance for my wife and me to get away from our jobs and have an adult weekend on our own. We enjoyed the Catskills, the mountains were beautiful and the weather was mild. Tamara was a gracious host, and since it was early, we had the house to ourselves. I highly recommend the Dollhouse, especially the Majestic Suite! I wish I could give them 6 stars!

Amazing and peaceful escape!

Unique Getaway
Great place to visit for peace and quiet or a getaway. The hosts are nice and helpful. As it regards food, if you plan to eat out that's ok but supermarkets are far and scarce if you should need anything.

Beautiful Victorian House
An immaculate and authentic Victorian house that is roomy amd quaint. Location is great, and the space/amenities are ideal. One of the most relaxing experiences that I have had in a long time.

This should be a 5 star property, but..,
This was a large and beautiful room in a beautiful house. Perfectly appointed in every detail. There is attentive on-site management. But two problems detract and would keep me from going back until corrected: first, there is a Halfmoon window above the French doors which is not covered and wakes you up with sunlight at the break of dawn. The owner should think of someway to cover this window. Second, and most significant, the house is deficient in providing sufficient hot water. There is a giant Jacuzzi in the bathroom but the water goes from hot to cold when it is 1/4 of the way filled. And if taking a shower, after a few minutes of hot water it goes to warm or tepid. Even waiting more than a half hour between showers does not cure the problem. If these items are corrected I would gladly go back and encourage others to do the same.

We are so glad yh as t you liked your stay at the Doll House in our Majestic Suite. The halfmoon window over the French doors opening to the balcony does have a static privacy film over the glass. The bed footboard faces the doors and the guests sleeping in the bed face the wall. Not the door. This is not going to change. As for the hot water we had a brand new 75 gal water heater installed in January 2022. The maintenance crew will look in to the issue you mentioned. We appreciat your remark that will help us make our future guests ' stay comfortable.

Great getaway
The house was beautiful! We stayed in the majestic suit, and it was just that! My favorite aspect of our room was the large bathroom, electric fireplace, private balcony, and comfy bed. We didn’t use any of the common areas. Everything we did during our stay outside the house was 20-45 min drive away, out of the town of Andes. Overall it was great experience!

Lovely getaway
Stayed at the property with a friend for a girls getaway.. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The balcony & jacuzzi were excellent features and the place was very clean. While the online pictures of the Majestic Suite are very accurate, it doesn’t do the balcony view/backyard justice! It was beautiful a sight to see. Communication with the house manager was okay.. he was nice and escorted us to our room prior to our stay but we only saw him again as we were leaving. While I appreciated how he left us to enjoy the property on our own, at one point we wanted some coffee in the morning and we tried to look for him (knocked on his door and texted him) but we couldn’t find him and I didn’t receive a response to my text. Because there were so many rules to the property, we weren’t sure if we were allowed to help ourselves to the coffee station without him so we decided it was best not to touch anything. Instead, we went to a diner down the road and purchased our coffee/breakfast during our stay.. I also wanted to use the oven to bake a pie one night but since we had trouble reaching him, I preferred not touching anything without permission and opted not to. I will also add that while the house has good wifi, we barely had any service outside of the house.. seems like the area/location struggles with service. All in all, this was a wonderful getaway and a little on the romantic side for interested couples.

Romantic Victorian-styled B&B
Great place up in the Catskills. Andes is a great small town, and it's only a short trip (less than 20 minutes) to anywhere else you may want to go. The room was spacious with a king-sized bed, nice balcony, and amazing bathroom. 2 person jacuzzi tub, full vanity, and wonderful shower. There was also a sink and mini-fridge in the room (closer to a wet bar than a small kitchen, but it got the job done). The house itself is gorgeous. While we didn't spend much time down there, the basement has a pool table and a sauna (for an extra fee), while the main floor has an old, Victorian-styled sitting room. However, the kitchen is fully updated and modernized. There's also a firepit out back next to a rather pleasant stream. While some may be offput by the dolls that greet you at the 2nd floor landing, we didn't have a problem with them (the one looking out the front window did cause some initial concern though). Ultimately, the only knock against this place is the doors to the rooms. The King Sweet has a glass-paned door with a curtain over it, while the other suites have about an inch gap between the door and the floor. I'm not sure how much sound could be heard in the other rooms, but it did bleed into the hallway a bit when we tested it out, and you could still see silhouettes through the curtain. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again.

Ute and vert quiet place. The majestic room was very roomy and comfortable! Old Doll house charm!
We had a nice stay. The house manager -Gleb was very nice and welcoming. The place has old charm and room was very comfortable and private! We enjoyed our stay!Andes Town is small and not much to do there. A few restaurants and all within walking distance. Good getaway from the hustle and bustle of city and work life. Had a relaxing stay! Gleb is a great cook and had our breakfast ready! Great stop if traveling long ways to NYC.

I cannot say enough about our stay. We had so many plans to see things that we didn't get to hang around the house much but there would have been plenty to do if we did. Beautiful house, beautiful scenery and very nice host and manager. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Retreat
The Majestic Suite was a perfect and quiet spot for a weekend getaway from the city! The room and bathroom both were very spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean, beautiful, and had many lovely Victorian details all around. We’d love to come visit again soon!

Nice, spacious room
The room is indeed majestic although it's very old fashioned. The bathroom is huge and, once we got the speaker and the jacuzzi jets to work, it was really great. We wish it was a more inviting interaction overall. It's a little strange and creepy to show up at 4pm to a totally empty and dark, old house. We had to stumble around a bit in the stairwell to find our room upstairs. There were no towels when we arrived and no one to ask about it, but we searched around and found some.

What a gem. We stumbled across this one by accident, looking for a place in the Catskills. Gleb was incredibly kind and helpful. The room/house was spectacular. Even the town of Andes was such a sweet surprise. Adorable little mountain village with a mix of culture, eateries and shops. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

It was like living in a dream!
Loved loved loved the place! It was a perfect decision to stay at the doll house. We got the master suite and it had the perfect view and everything was on point. Loved the jaccuzzi, loved the gameroom in the basement. There was a creek next to the house and an awesome backyard, loved my morning coffee there. We were welcomed with whiskey shots! What a kind gesture! Im so glad I stayed here. Thanks Tamara. Will come again
