Come stay at our newly renovated villa right on the golf course at IMG Academies, and a quick 9 mile drive to the beautiful Anna Maria Island Gulf of Mexico beaches.
Enjoy the sunrise view over the golf course right from the villa and the spectacular sunset over Anna Maria Island in the evening.

Anna Maria Island was featured in the May 2012 issue of Family Circle Magazine as one of their 'The Best of Florida' family hot spots!

Winter getaway
The owners were very easy to work with and very accessible. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of linens and towels. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The location was great in a nice neighborhood and close to shopping, beaches, and walking trails. We had only one small issue that was quickly resolved by the owners. We liked the condo and location so much we are coming back next year!

Great villa for a group. Needs some TLC!
We wanted a place to sit outside. Before we could use the small patio, we washed the table and two chairs, sprayed and pulled weeds, and used a broom to get rid of spider webs between the large plant and chairs. We never used the golf cart which was very dirty and had spider webs over it. We were never given a key for the bathrooms at the pool. We tried all the keys that were there, however none worked. The location was excellent, and the people at the pool were very friendly. There were many amenities: pool table, big screen televisions, laundry room,Keurig coffee machine, and the golf cart.

The plumbing did not work and the roof leaks
We have stayed at this place for two year in a row. in 2018, we have electrical problems. I am pretty handy so I volunteered and took care of them. This year we have plumbing problems and roof leaking during a storm. We have to hang around wait for the plumber and the roofer to come and handle things. For all that did not even get a Thank you. Not so happy. The place itself is OK. If we can get over all the maintenance issues. Decided not to come back next year. Going to Shorewalk instead.

Summer Fallout
We rented this property for a nice three weeks at IMG. After a 7 hour trip we got to the property but we could not get in and we struggle for more than 4 hours to get in touch with the property owner. To our surprise, the property was not clean , beds not made, towels dirty, etc. We had to stay in a near by hotel until the next day. After we settle in, everything look fine until the main drain colapse and we could not use one bedroom because all the water was coming out the drains of the bathroom. We could hardly wash dishes. Overall, we had a bad summer. We do not recommend this property. VRBO did nothing for us.

Large villa overlooking the 6th hold of the IMG golf course
Villa was big with a beautiful view of the golf course. Had many updated amenities including all the appliances. Owner was very responsive and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The location was close to beaches and other tourist attractions.

Good location. House cleaner needs to do a much better job.
Plenty of burnt out light bulb. Owner bought replacement so I did the maintenance to free. So light switches did not do anything placement of light switches could have been a lot better. You have to walk in a dark room find the switch in the dark to get light. Electrican was pretty bad. Got two TV side by side I think we need head phones so we won’t disturb each other. Pool table was nice. Next time we will bright a stool for my wife to get into bed. She’s 5’2” too short for the bed. We stayed for 24 days I played golf at IMG and the County course While wife enjoyed her time with her sister BTW tennis at United was great Coming back next year
