Parc Elizabeth Area Brussels Apartment
Very nicely appointed apartment conveniently located in Brussels near transportation hubs, restaurants and grocery stores within easy distance by walking or car. Parking is a bit different but with a little experience it’s easy to navigate. The Park is just across the street and is a very relaxing walk through and ends at the Basilica. The neighborhood is quiet and our host Jolanda was a real pleasure to meet and interact with. If we go back to Brussels, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location
We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy and conveniently located. Jolanda was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even gave us a binder full of recommendations of places to eat and drink while we were there. If we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we will try to reserve the same apartment!

Wonderful Home Base in Brussels
The place was in a beautiful little neighborhood minutes from public transport and across from a lovely park - which made for great views from the home. Communication with the host before and during our trip was great and check in was a breeze. We loved the kitchen and were able to make several meals during our stay. It great that the metro was so close and we were easily able to head into town and get around to all the sights while also having a quiet place to retreat! Thanks Jolanda!!

Magnificent Property
Jolanda was an amazing host, keeping in contact with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything went well. The apartment is situated in a residential area next to a park and a 5-minute walk to the metro station. A nearby supermarket provides all the staples you'll need for your trip, though you'll probably only be home for breakfast if you're exploring the city. My only complaint is that we didn't want to leave the apartment to visit the city! We'll definitely return. Great place, great location and a great host. Amazing!

Nice place next to park
We stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and it was just as advertised - right next to a good park, near a metro stop, and with a nice patio. The pictures accurately show what it looks like inside. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jolanda is a great host and is easy to reach. She lives in the same building so there are no problems with contacting her about anything that comes up. I would recommend this place to others planning to stay in Brussels.

Great place in the heart of Brussels

Wonderful stay in Brussels
The apartment is as lovely as spacious as pictured. Spotlessly clean as well. Great location right on the park with easy access to a variety of shops and museums and transit. Jolanda and Simon were fantastic hosts. Jolanda was a great communicator about checking in and so helpful with any needs, questions or advice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Apartment
We stayed at Jolanda and Simon's rental apartment for 12 days and loved the apartment. The apartment is very clean, well appointed and appears exactly like in the pictures. Booking the apartment and communicating with Jolanda before our arrival was very easy. Upon our arrival, we were met by Jolanda's friend who walked us through the apartment and answered all our questions. Jolanda was out of town but made every effort to meet us when she arrived back. This apartment is located about a 5 minute walk away from the subway station. There are bakeries, meat stores, grocery stores all within walking distance from the apartment. We did not have to rely on Uber or taxis. There is a huge park right in front of the apartment which is great for joggers. The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Jolanda and Simon's apartment. They are very kind and accommodating hosts. To make our stay comfortable during the holiday season, they even put up a Christmas tree in the dining room to make our stay a little more festive. We would easily return to this apartment and highly recommend it.

This property is located in decent neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores, good public transportation, Elizabeth Park and landmarks nearby. It is a very nice apartment with a very nice owner. It made a great place to stay while visiting Brussels.

Clean and convenient
My wife, daughter and I spent 4 nights at Jolandas property to see the sights of Belgium. This property was perfect for the 3 of us, the fold out couch was comfortable for my daughter and the master bedroom was just right for my wife and I. Jolanda couldn't be there to greet us, so she send a friend instead. He walked us through the apartment and even drove us to dinner that evening as well as arranged a taxi for our departure. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the train or bus, Brussels has a very efficient transportation system, it was no trouble to get to all the sights, or to Midi station where the trains to other Belgium cities depart from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to others.

Wonderful apartment, great location. Jolanda very helpful.
I would recommend the apartment. It is very comfortable, close to the subway. We arrived early on day one and Jolanda let us in early which was very nice as we had flown thru the night and were exhausted.

Great apartment a metro ride away from central Brussels
Jolanda and Simon were wonderful hosts. Our experience began days before our visit when we emailed our concern of an impending heat wave (42 centigrade/108 Fahrenheit). Jolanda rushed out to get fans and they were ready before we got there. Despite the heat, the apartment proved comfortable and we all slept well. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities, kitchenware and high quality appliances. There was a quiet backyard terrace which was a bonus. The unit is located outside central Brussels but near a main metro station connecting you directly to the Atomium and the Grand Place. There is a large beautiful park across the street with bakeries and restaurants nearby. This unit is great for families and couples. Thank you Jolanda and Simon for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

A Beautiful Haven
We were overjoyed with this property. It was something out of a home decor magazine. The space was grand with everything you need for a short/long stay. We loved spending time in the morning and evening sitting in the private outdoor garden. I wish this were my home. The hosts were wonderful and so gracious and helpful with where to go and what to see around Brussels. The train to anywhere is a few short blocks away. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay!
The apartment lived up to its billing. It was well appointed, spacious, pristine and comfortable. Jolanda and Simon were very pleasant and helpful. You are close to the subway which is a short commute to downtown. An added bonus was the fact Brussels City Tours to Bruges and Flanders pass right by the apartment so we were delivered to our door on the way back. There is a beautiful park nearby- great for walking or jogging. A very enjoyable holiday!

I loved this apartment. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood overlooking an expansive park with tall trees. The Metro is very close making sight seeing to all areas convenient. The owners are very kind and quite helpful in assisting me when I had problems with my travel plans. I highly recommend this place.

INCREDIBLE place in Brussels!!
I'm not even sure where to start with this incredible place! First, Jolanda and Simon (the hosts) are two of the most lovely people I've ever met. They couldn't have been more welcoming, charming, or accommodating. We ended up booking at the last minute, and they were completely willing to take us in and make it all work perfectly. The unit itself is stunning! Very contemporary and incredibly spacious! There are two beds: 1 in the master suite and 1 pull-out couch bed in the living room (don't worry - it's very comfortable). The blackout shades in the apartment were truly amazing and made the unit 100% pitch black for optimal sleeping. There's a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a really gorgeous modern bathroom. The building is located directly across from a gorgeous (and very large) park and is only a few minutes away from the Simonis stop on the 2/6 Metro lines. It's a very short commute to almost anywhere in the city! Lots of restaurants and other necessities right around the apartment as well. Overall, if you're staying in Brussels and have the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous apartment, TAKE IT!!! You will absolutely love it!

Beautiful location in a luxurious apartment!
This is a beautiful apartment overlooking a peaceful park a few minutes from downtown Brussels. It is close to the Metro and the bus system, which were easy to navigate. Jolanda was a wonderful hostess who helped make our experience very enjoyable!! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore the friendly, interesting city of Brussels!

Nice apartment & convenient for the Metro
Travelling as a family with two older teens the layout was not always ideal. We were expecting two bedrooms but there is only one, but perhaps we did not read the description carefully enough. The bathroom is open plan to the bedroom and separate toilet which makes privacy a bit difficult at times. The sofa bed is the most comfortable one we've slept on and the apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The metro to Brussels was easy to use and the local supermarket had what we needed. We had no problem parking our car in the free parking - be careful in the timed parking as the ticket officers appear quite quickly. Jolanda was very helpful and replied to emails promptly.

Beautiful apartment, friendly owners
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's big, airy and beautiful. The bedroom is air conditioned, which was a very nice touch. Simon and Jolanda made us feel at home by having coffee, milk and a big bottle of water waiting for us. The metro stop is about 200m away, and the park is right across the street. It's a somewhat busy road, but the bedroom is at the back of the apartment so it is nice and quiet. There's even a small, private garden out back.

schöne Lage am Park
Durch einen außerordentlichen Umstand haben die Vermieter uns ihre eigene, viel größere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, welche sich über dem eigentlichen Mietobjekt befindet und worauf sich die Bewertung bezieht. Es war alles, was man braucht vorhanden und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Nochmals vielen Dank an Jolanda. Wir konnten unser Auto auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz abstellen, der ca 5-10 Min zu Fuß entfernt war. Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut zu erreichen.

Un séjour en famille très agréable
A quelques minutes à pied du métro (ligne directe pour la gare du midi) à moins de 10 min en métro du centre de Bruxelles. Très bonne prestation, très bon accueil. Seul tout petit bémol, il n'y a qu'une seule véritable chambre à coucher, les autres couchages étant dans le salon mais literie très bonne malgré tout.

Wij verbleven net een midweek met onze 2 kinderen van 10 en 12j in dit appartement. Heel fijn verblijf gehad, het appartement was zelfs groter dan verwacht. Op en top in orde en een geweldig warme gastvrouw waarop we konden rekenen. Ieder van ons is het er over eens: wij komen terug !

Freundliche Gastgeber, sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft
Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang der Gastgeber. Die wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet. Alles absolut sauber und in gutem Zustand. Im Sommer eine sehr schöne Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Nach vorne recht laut zur Straße, aber da kann ja der Vermieter nix für. Ein paar mehr deutsche Sender könnten für verregnete Abende noch im TV einprogrammiert werden. Aber das war jetzt Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung für Ferien in Brüssel
Wir waren zu fünft (3 Kinder) in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Park mit Blick auf die Koekelberk-Basilika und die Metro ganz nah, so dass man gut überall in die Stadt kommt. Jolanda und Simon haben immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet, so dass Ankunft und Abreise ohne Probleme verlaufen sind.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienappartement, in einer schönen Lage. Leider viel Verkehr, da der Tunnel wg. Renovierung gesperrt war.
