"We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . We actually ate in Prospect we'd recommend Quarters Riverside Grill for dinner and in Jeffersonville Gretchens Kitchen for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your place"

"Southern hospitality at its best! Our host welcomed us with a wonderful local goodies basket. To my surprise the clear ponchos that I had left at home to attend the Derby were included! We had 4 ladies in our group and the beds and accommodations were perfect. There’s even a backyard patio to enjoy with a zen garden. This is a spacious Victorian beautifully remodeled with all hard wood floors. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We were able to walk downtown during the day and Uber home...

"We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!"

"Pros: We were very happy to book this apartment after our previous host (from another website) cancelled our booking last minute. The location of this apartment is also really convenient, and the view is amazing! The apartment is also well stocked with plenty of the essentials. There is also an awning at the front door you can park under to unload your luggage. Came in handy for us because it was sprinkling during our check out. The communication with/from the host was excellent! They even let...

"Everything was great. The apartment was clean and as described. We were comfortable and it was a convenient location for our itinerary. Would consider staying here again if we are ever in the area."

"It was fine. Loved the balcony. Not clean to my standards at all. The was a towel shoved in the couch bed. There was something splattered on the ceiling. The floors were absolutely disgusting especially considering I took my crawling baby. And on our last day, when we stripped the bed, i was horrified at the stains and how crusty looking it was under the sheets. It was fine for a couple nights but I definitely won’t be staying at this location again"

"Our stay was awesome. Check-in process was easy. Room was huge!! Very comfortable and a block down from 4th Street Live (several restaurants and bars.) Quick Uber ride down to Main Street and you have access to even more restaurants and bars. Great place to stay overall."

"Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. "

"I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all."
