Geen goedkoop hotel maar alles is in perfecte staat. heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. badkamers zijn fantastisch. kamers hebben veelal geen uitzicht maar beschikken over alle denkbare luxe. absoluut top.

Beautifully restored property. We booked a room with a city view and ended up in a very small room with a view of their interior courtyard. We checked out and went to the Ritz Carlton. Bigger rooms, better views!

Wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Gresham Palace. I was able to purchase an upgrade to and even better room with a spectacular view. The room was super clean and cozy. Service was 5-star and the food was amazing. I did not want to leave and look forward to going back again!

A wonderful two night stay in Budapest after an 8-day Danube river cruise from Germany. The Four Seasons Gresham Palace earned the name "Palace" -- beautiful interior and magnificent view of the Danube river. Top quality service from the front desk to the hotel bar to the hotel restaurant. Expensive but worth the money if one is looking to be pampered.

Perfect place to stay.
Amazing stay. They let us check in early after leaving our cruise ship at 10 am. We got to enjoy the day without toting jewelry and added stress. They upgraded our room to the chain bridge view. All of the staff were amazing from front desk to concerige to front door service. If you are able it is a 10/10.

I had a bad experience when the ATM in the hotels foyer firstly did not supply the cash I requested and then retained my card. This was a huge problem as this was the only bank card I had with a PIN number which is required to draw local currency. While I understand that the hotel does not manage the ATM they should manage the bank that does. Service from a subcontracted company located in their lobby should be held to the standard the hotel maintains. This very frustrating experience is the only reason I will not give this hotel and our experience an excelled review.

Rest assured we completely understood the inconvenience you encountered when the ATM machine retained your credit card and the frustration you went through. We understand how important was for you to have access to your funds, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused you. We assure you that we took this situation very seriously. As you are aware we did call the bank and tried everything in our power to resolve this issue, however, we were advised by the bank that due to the security standards, they need to follow the protocol for withheld cards in order to avoid security breaches of their client’s bank account. We understood that this situation has caused you stress and anxiety, and we wanted to assure you that we offer all the support you needed throughout the process. However, unfortunately, it was out of our control to solve this unpleasant situation. Once again, we would like to reiterate our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration that you may have experienced as a result of this incident.
