Rest assured we completely understood the inconvenience you encountered when the ATM machine retained your credit card and the frustration you went through. We understand how important was for you to have access to your funds, and we deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused you. We assure you that we took this situation very seriously. As you are aware we did call the bank and tried everything in our power to resolve this issue, however, we were advised by the bank that due to the security standards, they need to follow the protocol for withheld cards in order to avoid security breaches of their client’s bank account. We understood that this situation has caused you stress and anxiety, and we wanted to assure you that we offer all the support you needed throughout the process. However, unfortunately, it was out of our control to solve this unpleasant situation.
