Great Condo with Amazing View

Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Can't beat the location! Right on the beach and close to all amenities! So many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Space is clean and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the condo for several reason. We love the homey feel of the first floor & Loved the kitchen! Very well stocked with pots and pans and with everything we needed to cook our meals. Look forward to returning next summer!

We have been renting from Win San for the past 14 years. We have been in 4 different units. This unit has had a few updates, but could definitely use some more. The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on, we had to put the throw pillows under the cushions to try and make it more comfortable. The master bed needs to be replaced. Having the twin and double in the spare room is a definite plus, as well as having no carpet and nice laminate wood floor throughout. The location of the condo is what keeps us coming back not necessarily the quality of the unit. We have actually decided to rent a different unit next year because of the issues stated above.
