Well I got a confirmation email from Expedia and the grand harbour apartments,the form the Aask me to fill in with my arrival time would down load I was called the office Times and time again,no and I walked round is circle try to find the correct block number of and rang the number of Windso saying about check at the reception windon and got told it was wrong number,I have evern tried to call the today and still nothingand because it was getting late I had to find somewhere else to stay, you and the grand apartments have both take money from my bank account and now they are not going to answer any of my I would appreciate it this situation can be sorted out asap

We had a great time .staff were very friendly and helpful our heating wasn’t working properly so they moved us to another apartment .we had a great view and it was very spacious and clean ,beds were super comfy .great for public transport and supermarket 10 minutes walk .I would highly recommend this place

We stayed for the first of our two nights and left just after nine am the next day to move to a flat from another company. The dishwasher had been blocked for a long time and the resulting stew of old food and water had rotted together in it. Clearly not checked in a long time. The icemaker in the fridge-freezer loudly tried to run constantly, creating a huge racket (we eventually found we could prop this up to stop it). The wall heaters were all broken or disconnected. Fan heaters were supplied but the first one we tried burned out after less than a minute leaving the smell of burned house dust. Stains on several carpets around the place. And the router wasn't working in the morning, despite restarts. Oh and someone on the ground floor has a phenomenal, non-stop cannabis habit. This place would have been really nice five years ago.

Did not get apartment we paid for 3 bedroom, only a 2 bedroom given. Condition inside filthy with many aspects needing repaired throughout the apartment. Not enough cutlery or crockery for us. Trip hazards on the floor. So disappointed for our family. We will not be back. Not fit for purpose and should be removed from rental.

Very nice building and very good price. We didn't have internet though for our entire stay (3 days) and lost power at one point. Staff were very nice but didn't get the issue fixed

Clean, great wifi, if the breaker flips off just turn all the switches throughout the apartment off and then turn the breaks back on and turn the switches back on in the kitchen. Has washer and have to hang dry. Has a dishwasher, I was very impressed by the apartment. Also great view of the North Sea. The 10 bus will take and bring you back from the city.

The apartment had an awful odor upon arrival, the sheets where stained and. we all took pictures for proof. There were cigarette buts in the trash, no house instructions or a reference book to ANYTHING. The showers, linen and towels smelt awful.Dirty windows, the Pillows were uncomfortable, No pictures. felt so unwelcoming Dirty walls, No extra bath or kitchen towels, an abundant layer of Fuzz was found under blanket in back bed room, Hair was found on window sill living room, Lights repeatedly flashed and flickered, No sponge for sink, No paper towels, The floor was dirty, we found clothes from previous tenants, chairs not cleaned in the dining area, there were covered in dust, No Hair dryer, Doors were off under the counter, most of the showers did not have closing shower doors. I never received any responses to any of my questions so there was no way to prepare and bring everything that this apartment was lacking.

Disappointing and in need of a deep clean
We stayed at the Harbour apartments for 2 nights in May. The location was right on the waterfront, the staff friendly and it was easy to get to the city centre and airport. That is where the good parts end - it was one of the dirtiest apartments I have ever stayed in. The carpets had red stains all over them, the kitchen only had a used sponge, the fridge had markings on it and worst of all there was a used baking tray in the over with leftover grease and an old piece of bacon - disgusting! I don’t know how long it had been there but it is not acceptable. It was seriously in need of a renovation and additional amenities - it didn’t even have a set of water glasses, only had one wire hanger…the target audience may be students but it wasn’t in a suitable condition for even a student party weekend. It might depend on what apartment you get but the one we stayed in should not be rented out until it is renovated. The old bacon+grease (see photo) in the oven is just not acceptable.

Maybe good for parties but not for families or people that appreciate cleanliness. Dirty walls, mould in the shower, smelly, non working sockets or USB ports, everything is falling apart. The apartment needs to be fixed before renting it out to people. Felt like a brothel, with worn leather couches and images of alcohol hanging above the bed. Parking was good and reception was accommodating, but do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. Not recommended.

This property seemed awesome while looking for/booking it, but when we opened the door, we were so disappointed. The bedrooms had carpet that was cheap, filthy, and stained with unknown pink spots. Not just a few. It was covered in these stains. The furniture was cheap and in poor condition. The rest of the place was fine, but the bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Overall, the pictures online were very deceiving and we won’t be back.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and in a nice area. A couple of issues had to be addressed such as no teaspoons, dessertspoons or a tea towel. One shower head vibrated so badly when water pressure turned up we thought it would come off and hit my husband. No slip mats provided in either bath or showers. No towel rails in bathrooms or hooks so towels and clothes all on floor. Hope these have been addressed for next paying guests.

First its not a Grand Harbour Apartments it’s a CityPadzzz. If you book from CityPadzzz price is so my cheaper than Grand Harbour Apartaments. Check in with no problem, very friendly stuff. Apartment not clean properly, carpets dirty, dishwasher full , no one empty after wash. Sofa very stinky, remote control from TV doesn’t work, can’t switch on. Toothpaste still in basin!!! Cobwebs in corners! No doors in wardrobe, no heater in bathroom! No bulbs in fittings! Property need full renovations! Block 3 appt 15 And many many more! When report that on check out , woman doesn’t believe, and asked if I’m sure apartament wasn’t clean!

We stayed for a couple of nights for my birthday with my partner and our two children. We have stayed in this side of the complex before but the apartment we used before was nicer. This Apartment was nice, it did the job but it definitely needs some too and upgrading. The heating didn’t work in the master and master toilet so the room was cold especially at night as it was winter. My 2yo woke with freezing cold feet each morning. We had a good selection of kitchen utensils and items needed for a family. The fridge was big and although the coolers markings have worn off we managed to work it out eventually. Parking is on the street or in a parking bay and you need to drive around a little to find a space but we always do. The kids loved the space in the apartment to play and run around as we have a two story new build. Unfortunately the Neighbour downstairs wasn’t happy that two young children wanted to play in the floor. We got a really loud knock at the door and a letter through to explain that the children are too noisy playing. I mean what the heck are you meant to do with that? We have a 2yo & 5yo who are well behaved bit excited to be on a mini break in an apartment for mummies birthday. We had only been in for 2 hours so we are thinking this is a common issue with this Neighbour. It did put a dampener on our stay as we had to tell the children off for playing, laughing loudly or even walking :( not good. The owner could put carpeting or even a large rig down.

Nice apartment clearly recently refurbished. It was on the ground floor and my preference would have been for a higher floor, but this wasn’t the end of the world. Netflix was available which was nice. Be warned the phone reception on O2 in the area is not good, but that’s hardly the apartments fault. Overall a good stay

As I arrived I understood the process was slightly difficult due to the current pandemic with the Corona virus. I sent over my proof of working documents and as I waited for the key code to be sent over I was left waiting 10-15 minutes before receiving a phone call back and it was raining and as I had already travelled 6 hours I needed the toilet and just wanted to get inside. Then when I found my room, used the toilet and heard a very loud noise go off every time the toilet was flushed. Also in the kitchen when stood by the toaster noticed a loud buzzing which was annoying when in the lounge/kitchen area. Was exploring the apartment and was disappointed as in the photos of the room it showed a balcony to which I did not have. Then as I cooked my tea I went to get my food out the oven and just simple items like oven gloves not provided? So I used the towels which were given, I attempted to clean and wash up but no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid - no sponges or cloths. The cups were chipped in the cupboard and as I used the kettle all little bits of lime scale pours out of the kettle. After all of this I went into the bedroom and my bedside table was dusty as if it hadn’t been wiped for a week! And the unfortunately finding bits of dust on the floor. So I inspected further As they was marks in the wall where the head board had been broken previously and moved the beD out to find dirty condoms under the bed and concrete from the wall where it’s been removed.
