It is close to downtown and the University 4 minutes drive. Restaurants, Bars, and locally grown food markets are one block distance. It is a walking trail, a dog park, and a swimming recreation facility across the street, in Amazon Park. This is a house spitted into two studios. You will not share common spaces. The studio has a queen and twin beds, a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and parking space.

First time staying here. Host communicates well. Access to property is easy. I found everything to be as listed or pictured. It’s a little loud (area street noise) but that would not keep me from staying here again!

We had a great experience at this VRBO. Exactly as described online. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Beds were perfect and we slept great! Blackout curtains provided to allow for sleeping in. Highly recommend and we would stay again!

Nice place.
Nice little cottage style place. Amazon park just across the street is great to walk around. Lots of food and activities options close. Comfortable beds, full size refrigerator and well stocked kitchen. I didn't need the washer or dryer but it is nice to have in case. Host quite communicative and friendly. I would stay here again.

Great little spot to stay!
This was a perfect spot for my parents to stay in while they visited me in Eugene! My mom is a wheelchair user and can only walk a few steps at a time, so this ground floor spot was perfect for her mobility needs. It was quiet and in a great location, and looked very clean! My parents are already talking about trying to book this place again this summer! Definitely recommend to everyone!
