Great weekend get away!
We loved the floorplan and location of this property. The only negative was that the kitchen and bathrooms had tiny "sugar" ants that were a huge nuisance. The management company said they would address the issue as soon as we leave so hopefully this will not be a problem for future guests.

Will be back!
Our family was in town for a SEC track meet at U of A and from different parts of the country. This place has the perfect layout for a group of friends or family. Two living rooms/TVs - one up and one down. Lower master if you have an older person who doesn’t like stairs. - Garage parking for two mid-sized SUVs - love that! - Walk to the shops and great coffee place around the corner. Pick this place for the location! - Quick drive to the University - Immaculate with fresh linens - Decorated adorably - updated yet comfortable - Big kitchen bar where people enjoyed eating and cocktails - All the kitchen amenities you can thing of - Comfortable beds; great linens - Lots of windows - sunny, open space - Outdoor patio with cute lights and a heater - Front porch with two chairs. Sat outside with our coffee. - Best of all - communication was excellent. They checked in on us and were so friendly. Our fam had a ball! Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The house was perfect! Located in the town square and easy to walk to Dickson and campus. We really enjoyed the two living spaces - one for the adults and one for the teens! The property is managed well and all of our needs were met almost immediately! Would definitely stay in this house again!

Perfect location!
House was amazing!! Spacious and perfectly located to all things! Campus is a long, but doable walk, or just a short Uber ride away! We’ve already booked again for the spring!

Nice house and great location in downtown Fay
Property was as advertised. Nice bedrooms, multiple big living spaces plus a great porch. Can walk everywhere in downtown from here but still a nice quiet spot to stay. Hosts were good communicators and house was clean with plenty of towels, comfy beds, and other handy amenities

Perfect rental!
This house is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, the couches are comfortable, and it's nice to have a garage. The location is fabulous. An easy walk to both the Square and Dickson Street.

Location, location, location!
A couple blocks off Dickson and a couple blocks off the square. It was very clean, had an extra living upstairs and cute outside second story patio. Perfect for a family or friends trip. We will book again!

ZTA moms weekend
We loved this place so much!! We were able to walk to shops, bars, and restaurants with out an Uber. Plus at the end of the night my twins and all their friends came to hang with us moms...plenty of room in the kitchen/living room. Great place and loved that my car was able to stay in the garage. We will definitely be renting again.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to Dickson Street
We came to Fayetteville for a Hogs basketball game and this was the perfect place to stay. It’s a block away from Dickson Street and saved us on Ubers all weekend. The House is super spacious and cozy and has a great deck upstairs.

Fayetteville Favorite
This place is our favorite and where we always try and stay in Fayetteville. The location can’t be beat, you can walk to Dickson, the Square and campus. It’s quiet, clean and so very spacious. Perfect for our family.

Great spot in the heart of Fayetteville
The Harribo is a fantastic townhome close to all you might need or want near Fayetteville center. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and very roomy. The property manager was always at the ready if we needed anything and very easy to get a hold of. We had a great time and will definitely be rebooking the next time we are in Fayetteville.

Superb Communication
The communication was top notch! My family and I stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The property was well stocked and very clean. Location was great and within walking distance of literally everything. If we are in the NE Arkansas area again, we will definitely be staying again!

Adult Getaway in Fayetteville
This is a great property for a family or adult group of 4-6 travelers in Fayetteville. Location is a very short 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants. The house itself is exceptional. There are multiple living area's which makes it great if the group wants to split up without being on top of each other.

Immaculate and Comfy
Central location makes this the PERFECT place to stay! Shared this beautiful townhome with 2 other ladies for mom's weekend. We all had our own bedrooms (2 shared a bathroom upstairs) and there are 2 living spaces; one up and one down so someone could do work or watch a movie while the others hung out and talked. There is also an outside deck with ambiance lights and a standup heater (we didn't have to use) but great for those chilly nights. This place was immaculate and comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer--like all year round!

Quite possibly the perfect Fayetteville spot!
This place was nothing short of phenomenal. The perfection location, we could walk to the square, Dickson and campus. It’s very large in that you have two living rooms and plenty of space to spread out. Very clean and the property manager was very prompt on anything we needed, which was only late check out because we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing this place.

Great Place
We stayed here as a launching place for riding motorcycles around Arkansas. What a great place!! Very clean and has everything you would need. The deck is outstanding!! If we return to Fayateville, we will definitely seek this one.

You can't beat the location. Close to dining and entertainment on Dickson and the Square. I loved the layout and amenities of the condo and was surprised at how quiet the area was. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing property and location
Beautiful townhouse with everything needed. We were there during Thanksgiving and large kitchen was perfect for cooking. Fabulous location to the square and for just walking around. Only complaint is the new construction across the street started early and quite loud for a couple of days. Would definitely stay there again!
