Beautiful property
I was impressed with the home and location of this property. Clean and inviting. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. Closer to Yellowstone National Park than I expected. Friendly small town people. My son and daughter-in-law had a run every morning. They said it was the best terrain. I’d definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great stay in a beautiful location.
Stunning view right on the river, property was very clean, kitchen was stocked with all essentials which made cooking a meal a breeze. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Very good overall! House isnt super young child friendly just because of tall beds, open sided stairs and a tall loft area that would be great for older kids, not a deal breaker though!

The property is better than listed. Nice open space with separate bedrooms. We enjoyed both outdoor areas. Nice open concept. Perfect location for visiting Yellowstone. Wendy was very responsive and kept me up to date on the check in process.

Great rental in convenient location
The property was recently updated and is excellent. beautiful finish out, comfortable, tons of sleeping spots including two bunk beds in a loft that kids will love. Fluffy oversized towels, binoculars, full size washer dryer and shampoos - nice little touches to make life more comfortable. Easy checkin and highly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Best location and great communication
This is our first time using VRBO and I must say Ms. Wendy did not disappoint with her home and hospitality. Location was great! It was right in the heart of the town walking distance to restaurants, coffee spots and market. Wendy was very quick to respond to any questions and accommodate us prior to our arrival. Would definitely book again! The kids loved the loft and slept there for 2 nights cause they loved it so much. Entrance into Yellowstone was literally like minutes away. Best decision ever to stay here.

The unit was very comfortable for the 5 of us. It was well equipped. We watched elk on the hillside outside the living room windows. I would highly recommend this rental.

Gardiner stay
The house was exactly as advertised. We all loved our stay. This is a beautiful house with a beautiful location and view. I would definitely stay here again, and most likely will if it is available on our next trip to Gardiner. It is a perfect house for a larger party of people wanting to stay together. I highly recommend this house. if I could give 10 stars I would.

Comfortable home with a great view of the Yellowstone River, Roosevelt Arch and the hillside beyond. Steps away from the market and restaurants and just minutes from the park. I hope it's available for our next trip to Yellowstone. PS...Wendy is great.

We stayed in this property while exploring Yellowstone in January! The property is beyond amazing… so many positives- lots of extras.. paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, starter coffee, hot cocoa mix, hair dryers in every bathroom, extra lg bath towels, so comfortable.. I can go on and on 🙂 Extremely clean!!

The house was great for our family group of 9. We were able to get in the house early which was wonderful. The views were gorgeous and the house accommodated everyone. The older kids enjoyed the loft. We were able to get to Mammoth Hot Springs in 15 minutes, so the location was terrific. Wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us and we each had our own bed. The beds were super comfortable. The backyard was very scenic and had a nice fireplace and grill. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come to Gardiner

Perfect Yellowstone Trip Location
This house was great! The host provided all the essentials and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into making the stay convenient and comfortable. Clean house in a Great location
I stayed here with my Family for a vacation at Yellowstone. 3 children and 6 adults. It was clean, convenient, fully equipped kitchen, and the beautiful Mountain View! I cannot ask for any better place than this house for traveling northern part of the Yellowstone. I will go back!

We had three generations, ages 72 down to 8. This house was perfect in every way. Wendy is the perfect host, the neighbors were friendly and the location is perfect. The house was spotless, beautiful views and had everything we wanted. I wish I could give a higher rating, we have already spread the word to family and friends to stay here.

Our family loved our stay here to visit Yellowstone
My family with 3 kids and my parents recently stayed to visit Yellowstone. This house was perfect for the 7 of us. There was plenty of space, everything was very comfortable and clean. Each night we enjoyed a short walk to the market to pick up items to make for dinner. The view off of the back deck was really wonderful. We enjoyed watching people raft the river, seeing hawks fly overhead and Elk grazing on the hills beyond. This was our first time in Yellowstone and I appreciated being on the more "quieter" side of the park. We never encountered any traffic entering or exiting the park. Communication with the owner was also very easy. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

We loved this property right on the Yellowstone river! It was great to open the sliding doors to the balcony and hear the river. The kids loved the loft area, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the proximity to the park as well as rafting and horse back riding experiences.

Yellowstone family vacation
This house is the perfect base camp for Yellowstone adventures. Our 4 kids (ages 8-13) loved the loft. Having a full bath on the main floor was awesome. Being able to walk everywhere in town was also great. I have never stayed in a cleaner rental. Furniture, linens, dishes etc are all high quality. The porch and patio were great spots to hang out. Highly recommend!

The property is impeccably clean and conveniently located in town next to everything you’ll need. We loved the variety of bedrooms and the three full bathrooms. We also loved that each room has its own thermometer and ability to regulate the temperature. Wendy was great to communicate with us and was even sweet enough to mail us an item left behind.
