"The property was great. So quiet and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. Great location for short trips to nearby places and also worth taking a longer drive to Avenue of the Giants. House was well furnished and equipped and full of information for local places to visit. Hosts provided great communication ahead of our stay with reminders while we were there. If we are ever so fortunate to return to the Russian River Valley, we will definitely book this property again."

"I felt a fairy would pop out of the woods. The place is as quiet and quaint as you could ask. Overwhelmingly warm and full of charm. The place has peace and a personality that is all its own. We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location. We will always have the fondest of memories of 66."

"Very well appointed, well equipped restored cabin with bucolic views of acres of vineyards. It is located in a one lane road that could frighten some off. It’s a short ride into Healdsburg and surrounding attractions. The owners are friendly and hands on and responded to every need promptly. We loved this spot and would do it all over again."

"This cabin was exactly what we needed for our short fishing trip at Clearlake. We had a boat and trailer with us and there was plenty of room to park our trailer and turn it around easily. The house is located minutes from a boat launch and had a few restaurants and a small market within walking distance. There’s even a small boat launch in back of the property for kayaks or other small watercraft and you could fish the canal if you’d like—though when we were there the water level was a little...

"We loved the home in the woods. Although it rained all three days of our early March visit, the home was clean, spacious and cozily warm. We enjoyed the gas fire place and had fun playing games on the big dining room table. The house was a short drive to town where we found excellent restaurants and interesting shops for browsing. We'd like to return in the summer to lounge on the decks and walk in the woods."

"We love the cabin and its decor. Had everything we needed. Was impeccably clean, had plenty of towels for the whole family, communication was great. But, the living room window had no drapes, so we had no privacy when in the kitchen/front room, and the beautiful stove was not hooked up to the propane. We are big on cooking breakfast and were not able to do so. We were offered meals at the roadhouse, but our time up there was committed to family at the Italian Village. I wanted to give this place...

"Very quiet and tranquil. Place was clean, creek was clean, we had everything we needed. Supplies for the dogs are available, the place is well stoked for cooking in and grilling in the patio. We wish we booked more days, 5 wasn’t enough !!"

"The creekside property was exactly as expected. Wanted to get out of the city for my pup that’s extremely afraid of fireworks for new years. What a quiet and peaceful retreat! Photos represented the property well and access was easy. A lovely getaway from the city for a few days. Very close to the coast with lots of dog friendly beaches. Hope to be back soon!"

"We stayed for two nights and loved the lake view. The cabin has classic Clearlake charm, and I enjoyed reading about the history of the cabin. Be prepared to get cozy with your cabin mates, because the 3 beds are all in one room."

"My family enjoyed the property as it was big enough for everyone and pet friendly. We stayed during the rainy months and enjoyed playing games and cuddling up near the fire place. I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations."
