There are some wonderful landscape pieces around the building but the weeds need to be pulled and mulch or river rock laid around the plantings. Bringing this property to it's potential is certainly an expensive...

"Situated off multiple highways in a business area, high commercial truck traffic. Dont pass up the sign! It is hidden well. The room is older but is clean, fresh paint. Frig and microwave on small side. I stayed for 5 nights and was comfortable, the area is quiet. Grocery within 3 miles, Wendys in adjacent parking lot. Visited cuyahoga national forest and brecksville reservation. Cleveland Zoo approx 25 minutes away. "
