The property is comfortable,clean and convenient. The room has excellent ocean view, comfy mattress, a big closet, refrigerator and hot water in the bathroom. The apartment has a internet with a fee. The air conditioner was not working 💯 but you can open the big glass window and enjoy the natural breeze from Famous Havana Malecon.Has different dining options around. The food is delicious but drink water bottle only.The transportation is difficult and you have to walk a lot to others places. I recommend it,rent a car and pick up at the airport.Have different currency you can use(US,EURO,Cuban Pesos) ,it better a Cuban credit card.You can get it from the bank and avoid handing cash.

Everything was great especially the couple that ran it! They helped us adjust to getting around and any question we asked they answered! They were great!

Moises and her husband are very nice and very helpful. The room is super big and clean. The location of the apartment is super good. It is a very good experience in Casa Ariel-Focsa, i hope to visit Cuba and stay there again !! Hlighly recommend.

Sinceramente muy agradecido por la maravillosa atención durante mi estancia en Casa de Ariel en el comodisimo apartamento, con una vista espectacular de La Habana, desde el Focsa .Excelente servicio, un desayuno muy saludable, aguante caliente, aire acondicionado, servicio de Internet y muy accesible a varios puntos iconos. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

The owner was unhelpful and the service provided was zero. I actually gave her coffee so that she would make a coffee in the morning. The room was unclean. We had to ask for anything the attention to clients was none and if you asked anything you felt you was an inconvenience. Overall bad experience

Please, before going to Cuba you should be well informed about the situation in Cuba. There are problems with the electricity supply, there are power outages all over Cuba and for many hours every day. This is a general situation. Coffee and its preparation every three hours are not included in the room rate, please be well informed about the services included in the price. You should also pay attention to the number of people that can be accommodated in the room you book. If the room is a double room and you book the room for two persons, it is impossible to accommodate you and your 6 friends from Cuba in this room. Furthermore, regarding the obligations of the owner of the property, he is not allowed to accommodate so many Cuban people, because he is not licensed to do so.

Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage in der Nähe des Spaziergangs entlang der Strandpromenade in die Stadt, und etwa 10 Minuten von Habana Vieja entfernt ist . Sie verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht, wie einen wunderschönen Balkon, Sicherheit und Warmwasser. Claudia und Ariel sind sehr nett. Sie haben mich sehr freundlich empfangen.. Das Gebäude ist sicher, hat eine Klimaanlage, heißes Wasser, einen schönen Balkon und ist makellos!

I loved this place. Very well maintained, great location and amazing views. Ariel and Claudia were amazing people and very friendly. It’s a really great place to stay if you go to Cuba. Safe, clean, beautiful, and near from many activities you can do in Havana.

Sevimli çift tarafından işletilen harika bir otel. Ekstra kahvaltı almanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim claudia harika hazırlıyor :) ayrıca her türlü sorunuz, neye ihtiyacınız varsa memnuniyetle yardımcı olmaktalar. Evinizde hissetmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tercih etmelisiniz. Çok güvenilir, tekrar kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.
