The AC wasn't working when we got there. The rental manager was great helping us with a window unit
Having to put a window unit in the house wasn't idea (noisy) and it never truly cooled off the upstairs so we weren't comfortable for 3 out of the 7 days. Not much you can do about it but not sure why we should have to pay full price for this problem.

the home was very very dirty, toilet seat had to be replaced, tub drains was clogged and when showering the tub would fill up. the beds was covered with sand. Had an 15 month old baby that could not of been put down on the floor due to the dirtiness so the parents of the child only stayed one night instead of the 5 day plan. Loved the location.

Enjoyed our stay but would change a few things!
I really liked this house and the location, the value of a 2nd row house is great. I am going to be completely honest on why I would not rent this property again. The sound from the top floor living space floor down to the second floor bedrooms is awful and honestly, I lost a lot of sleep from this. It doesn't help I am a light sleeper, but we all noticed it. I'm not sure if the floors in the living space are supposed to be that soft and spongy or not. if it is the flooring, then it's fine, if not, there may be rot. All of the mattresses were awful, again the queen room was the worst. These really need replacing. I like to feel rested not aching in pain! There are pots, pans and casseroles, but not a good selection based on the # the house accommodates. One last thing, the toilets all had a lot of black gunk under the rims - I know Topsail water stains, but I am pretty sure these could be scrubbed. I know this sounds picky, but it's kind of gross when you can see it. Thank you again, we really did enjoy it and disappointed that I wouldn't book it again without some modifications! Thank you

Sorry to hear you had any issues at all. We wish you would have notified us and we would have attempted to correct it. Chapel Chill is a very popular home and we have not had any reports of floor rot from our guests, cleaners or inspectors. We will certainly look into that.
