No Events of any kind allowed. Perfect family get away in this resort style home in Northwest Houston. Located in a very safe quiet neighborhood 20minutes from downtown.  Private enclosed pool with spa,  outside tv with backyard deck, pool table and multiple tv's inside. Very spacious home with two living rooms, an entertainment room, 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Huge kitchen with open concept..no events

Save your time & sanity - don’t book!
We booked this rental for our daughter’s basketball tournament that landed during Father’s Day weekend. Upon confirmation of our reservation, we received a message asking us to confirm the amount & age group of people who would be walking through the front door. I was transparent that we are a blended family & planned on inviting bio mom and step dad over to swim/dinner to allow both dads to be with their daughter on Father’s Day without spending an arm & leg at a restaurant. We reassured that they would not be staying & not included in our occupancy required for the stay. The response was that our total guest count exceeded the total occupancy required for the rental & that every person who walks through the front door is counted regardless if they are staying in the rental or not. The host also informed us that parties/events were not allowed. I responded that I was extremely disappointed since the listing doesn’t specify that only 8 people could be in the home at a single time. & that spending the day with your dad wasn’t classified as a party/event. The host proceeded to argue that “hotels doesn’t allow you to have guests & their listing is very clear”. Which is not true at all. I told the host that we would comply even though I was disappointed. The morning of our check in the host cancelled our reservation due to “plumbing issues”. Leaving us to scramble to find a place to stay for our large family. Save your time & sanity - don’t book here!

We showed up and were turned away
The day of the confirmed stay while 10 min away we called to get access instruction. The host told me the house was not available. I insisted we had a confirmation. I will never use this service again. Experience was not good. Family did not have the positive experience we were looking for.
