I like the staff at Bricks: they are attentive, and helpful and go out of their way to help you if they can. The room was really quite nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only downsides are: trying to park at the property (It's on a very busy highway and you have to attract the attention of the doorman to get a valet to park your car, and the surrounding area which is poorly lit at night and seems rather out of the way and dingy. However, I would recommend it as being well worth the price and as a pleasant experience.

Staff were friendly and had a good experience with all restaurants close by. Food and shopping are all within walking distance. The hotel room itself could be cleaner, it was very dusty in my room

The property is located far from Istanbul Airport but I just needed a night to rest. The rooms are large and quiet with good shower. The only problem is the old smell of smoking. They should have non smoking rooms for the guess. Otherwise the staff are very polite and always smiling and trying to help. This attitude is a plus for a solo international traveler. 👏👏👏 Breakfast was good and good coffee.

No alcahol is served at the property , I had a suite and it was a little dated , bath had been fixed cheaply and the windows didn’t close properly , it was clean of course and the location is very very busy to get too there is parking , staff were nice and breakfast was ok but it’s not luxury , I would say 4 stars but noisy

Not sure how this hotel rated 5 Stars hotel. It is very old hotel, it needs a lot of remodeling. They don't supply to the rooms basic things that 2 or 3 stars hotels supplied. For example: No Face towel in the bathroom. No USB Charger (funny thing when you ask them, they tell you, give us the money to buy a USB charger for you)

Our first holiday , great hotel and the staff are great , Menai the lady who does room service is excellent and even though we didn’t understand each other perfectly she was very nice and did a great job , lovely women The staff are very helpful and the hotel was perfect for us , the only thing I would say is that it’s a 20-30 mins taxi drive away from all the tourist attraction , but like I said we didn’t mind , with my autistic son the room was spacious and had 2 toilets which was perfect . He loved the hotel and the shower was great too. The only negative thing was the jacuzzi didn’t really work properly but I didn’t mind ( when u put it on black bits came out ) overall great hotel defo recommend , breakfast had a great selection , something for everyone , including my fussy son. Great first holiday thanks to everyone

Prime location , modern and very clean hotel. Room was new and modern. The breakfast was just amazing! I even took a video of that because i was so impressed while I normally don’t do that anywhere. The location is really good, plenty of shops around and staff is excellent and attentive, especially the girl at reception(she is the only girl there but i dont know her name) I would love to have had a pool but i know its a town hotel and difficult to achieve. Everytime I come to istanbul I stay here and highly recommend it! Ps you can get a room with balcony and the view is amazing
