Welcoming Crew
The crew was busy with a large event but still tried to make me feel as welcome as possible. They went out of their way to make me some dinner and delicious wine. The property is currently under renovation and many exciting things are happening. Extremely quiet and convenient location for anything airport related or also for large events.

With a little bit of energy the place could be awesome, fix the TV, put a bar fridge in each room, renovate the bathrooms however they charge a very reasonable price.

Cleanliness a big concern
Simply put was not impressed. Walls are quite thin and voices/noise travels quite easily throughout the halls as one can hear conversations or doors opening and closing etc. Biggest complaint would be the cleanliness which was non-existent; the carpets had stains, the curtains had stains, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had undergone serious water damage as one can see paint chipping away so might have been a leak from the room above hard to say; the toilet had not been cleaned. TV channel quality was not great, the air-conditioning was not working barely felt it to be frank and there was no way of adjusting its settings i.e. to increase/decrease fan speed or temperature so it seems to be controlled centrally. Overall the cleanliness made it a very disappointing stay as one just could not be comfortable. On a positive note staff were very friendly though so if they could look into the cleanliness factor and readiness of the rooms prior to the arrival of visiotrs then it would go a long way to improve the stay of visitors.

The rooms are clearly not as advertised. The service was bad, no milk with the coffee in the room. No breakfast was received as advertised. No one at reception when you needed something.

Our stay was more than expected For the rate per night I paid I expected a bit more run down, I was pleasantly surprised when entering the room. Very friendly staff and breakfasts was sufficient. Did not use their WiFi therefore can not comment on it. Close too the airport and close too a few shopping malls/areas with few traffic to and from airport/shops Free inside parking I will definately stay there again and definately more value for your money spend

We had stayed there multiple times, but this time really failed on expectations. When we got there, they put us in a room at the end of a hall. But there was no WiFi. Then they moved us to a room that did not have a key and there was a drain above it that went all night long. Then, for some reason, the WiFi quite working. Apparently it had been unplugged in the room where the router was located. Yes, in one of the guests rooms. There was only one towel in the room and no soap or shampoo. We were very disappointed, and some may blame Covid-19, but not been able to satisfy security issues like no key is wrong. I tried to call the manager multiple times, but no response. We will not stay there again.

It was good hotel with the nice staff also the condition the hotel it was good fast wifi, but first I got problem connecting the WiFi but the rest was okay also the hotel in a safe place, So if u booking this hotel go for it I like everything about this hotel not far from airport aswell 👍

From the outside it looks quite modern but the rooms definitely need a major makeover. We stayed in room 103 just behind reception and there was mould around the window the curtains needed a good clean the bed was on the verge of collapsing every time you moved. The shower was powerful but the cubicle had all mould,the toilet had a wooden seat that went out of fashion years ago. Outlook Lodge has potential,the staff are friendly,free transportation to and from the airport within 10 mins. Short walk to a few eateries,nice grounds,ok free breakfast and country park nearby. Good value for money but rooms really let the the place down making it only a one night option for its convenience in distance to the airport.
