"We enjoyed this very stylish apartment in a quiet neighborhood and most especially our morning coffee on the balcony. The weather was perfect - warm with a lovely breeze. Street parking was always available in front of the apartment. Easy travel to the Stockyards and downtown. A bottle of wine was a welcome gift along with K-cups and snacks."

"We were very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the Eagles Nest. It was very cute and Michelle had thought of everything needed to make the stay great. We even walked in to fresh blueberry scones that were delicious. We will definitely stay again when back in the area"

"This property is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Denton area. It’s extremely easy to get to and right off the interstate. The property is really clean and taken care of. We enjoyed the squirrels and birds using the feeders right outside the window the following morning. Highly recommended!"

"These were the issues we had during our stay: -prior to our trip, poor communication from property manager -the initial check in process was overwhelming-the property is an apartment with two entrances on opposite sides of the building. There are 4 entrances to the building-only certain entrances use a key, others a number pad & key fob. I was not given a key fob which gave me access to the entrance closest to the reserved parking spot (which was rarely used due to the distance). The property...

"It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again."

"Very close to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and things to do in downtown Denton! Lots of love music all around! Me and my sister throughly enjoyed our stay! We spent the weekend walking to all the coffee shops, eating at some of the restaurants and shopping at all the cute local shops!!"

"Overall we thought the place was super cute. We were a little confused about which house it was from the pictures, but that’s on us. We were under the impression that it was the white house in the photos, which it is not, it’s the blue one! Inside was super cute & just like the pictures, except only 1 of the 2 bedrooms had tv’s unlike the pictures. There was also a dead beetle & some debris on the floor in the bedroom with no tv, but I felt that the rest of the house was clean."
