Nice and comfortable house located on the lake. Whole family rented Azure 1 and 2. This is the way to go for large groups or families. Nice pool and yard. Great for dogs. House very clean and well stocked. Will definitely come back.

Perfect for Our Large Family!
We (12 adults and 9 children) had a great stay at Azure 1 and 2. The layout of the homes was perfect for our large group and the pool was amazing for these hot days. Kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of rooms to accommodate our group. We all loved the shuffleboard table, and the spaciousness of the homes. The view was beautiful and the lake was peaceful. We will definitely love to stay here again for our next family reunion.

Best Father's Day Weekend Ever
We rented the property for the long father day weekend. If was perfect fit for the family. The house was very clean and well supplied. The pool was very refreshing in the 1st wave of 2023 Texas heat. We brought our Jetski's and made good use fo the dock and lift all weekend. Will will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Great house!
We had a great vacation at this house. It is super clean and the back room can sleep a bunch of kids. We had an issue with the hot tub but the owners were on it and got it taken care of. Defiantly recommend this house for a nice lake get away!

Perfect location. The only complaint we had was the front bathroom was old and gross. There was mold under the marble seat. The other bathroom was very nice, new and clean.

Family Time - Five Stars
We had 3 small families in this house. It had lots of games, great place for kids to swim in the lake. Great yard that was fenced off for kids or pets. We went fishing, kayaking, and swimming. At night we played a lot of Uno. Highly recommend this home! Close to grocery store too!

Welcome return
We stayed here 6 years ago. Our return was better than expected. House was immaculately clean and well stocked. After a night of high winds, pool service and tree trimmer were on the property maintaining the grounds.

Excellent Location
We enjoyed this property. It was great having 2 king beds for the adults and a bunk room for the kids. My very tall husband had issues showering in the hall shower but the one in the bunk room had a higher ceiling which worked much better. Easy access to a community boat ramp to get in the water. The kids enjoyed the shared pool with the neighbors and the kayacks down on the river. Great weeked get away.

Great Place
Great place, we had a boat and we were able to utilize the lift which was great. Evening shade with St Augustine grass was awesome. Actually, shade in the morning is good too with the trees and home next door. Wonderful home!

Great getaway
My college roommate and I like to get our families together once a year so the kids can play. This place was perfect. We had our space and the kids LOVED the bunk room. They had a great time at the pool and the boat lift was great for the boat. Would definitely go back!

Outdated property not well maintained
This property is very run down, was not prepared for rental, and we experienced numerous maintenance issues and even a safety concern during our three night stay. The management company was responsive but ultimately this house was not worth the amount charged. Items we called management company to address during our stay: - AC/Heat: AC not working upon check-in, then we had safety concerns due to smells and smoke detectors going off during repairs - Hot tub heater was not working (and needs re-surfacing) - Pool vacuum was not working - Shower not draining - Garbage disposal was not functioning, causing kitchen sink backup Despite emailing after the February snow/ice storm, in advance of booking, to check on property condition, we essentially vetted the property for them by discovering all these problems, and our vacation paid the price.

We do apologize that your experience was not the greatest at this property. This area was defiantly hit hard during the ice storm. The AC/Heat issue was handled immediately and we got it working to keep you comfortable for the rest of the stay. The entire unit has since been replaced. We did make you aware that the hot tub was not going to be working during your stay, we then thought they were able to fix it, however the parts were placed on back order. This has been an issue all across the nation for parts. We did get the plumbing items corrected immediately. I know you did have to deal with several items, that's why we did provide an agreed partial refund for your troubles. We are very committed to having a property our guests feel comfortable in and are proud of our long history of 5 star ratings. We do take your feedback very seriously and will ensure that no guests ever have another experience like yours.

Such a fun place to stay on lake LBJ!
We would have loved to have a boat to spend some time out on the water but the house was super cute and water access was a breeze. The pool was plenty big enough to share with the family next door. Our only downside was the first full day there, the pool guy came to shock the pool and the lawn guys came so we were stuck inside for most of the afternoon. It would have been nice to have some chairs to sit down at the boat dock. Outside of that we can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful time and the house has everything you need for a rental home. The place is spacious and comfortable plenty of room beds were very comfy as well. The only thing I wish was that the drive way wasn’t so steep and narrow. But that’s the only thing I Didn’t like about it. But everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again. Everything was almost perfect! Our blender was broken, but we were able to borrow one from the other house because we rented both 1 and 2. Both homes could use additional beach towels, but we have a pool at home and completely understand how towels go missing. Otherwise, a fabulous family trip. Not sure we would stay here if we only had one house booked because we don’t like the idea of sharing the pool....especially during COVID times.

It was clean and well prepared
I stayed with my family for a weekend, and the lawn, pool, and porch were well maintained. The house keepers thought of everything from games and movies to the citronella candle that keeps away mosquitos. Everything was very clean and well placed. Anything that had a place was written in the binder and easy to find. Would highly recommend staying here with friends, family, and fur babies.

Great lake vacay
Lots of room. We only had 5 people but could of held 10 easily. Nice to have a pool right out the back door. It was lake front with dock so made it easy to bring in boat and jet skis. I would stay there again.

Great location & wonderful house
All was very good. The reason there are just 4 stars is the adjoining property shares pool & accommodates many people. The guests in the adjoining property(shared pool) were partiers. Music late into the night, very loud, many guests, no respect for other renters. Took away from enjoyment of the 2 weekend nights/days.

We got our family together for a high school graduation celebration. The house was perfectly arranged for comfort without feeling crowded. The beds and linens were super comfortable. We had everything we needed. The bonus is the beautiful backyard, pool, and lake. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect "Get-a-Away" on the Colorado River
The house was just as advertised. The pictures are a very good indication of what you are getting. The pool was clean and maintained. The yard and home were as clean as they could get. The Boat lifts were in very good shape. It is a very nice home conveniently located on the Colorado River just south of Lake LBJ.

Exceeded Expectations!
Our family had a wonderful stay. We used the pool and the lake every day. Pool kept very clean as was the house. The use of the kayaks was a nice feature. The property is nicely fenced and we could allow our dog out without worrying about him too much. Also well equipped with towels etc. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Awesome location for Spring Break 2019!
My sister and I took a mess of teenagers and little kids and had a great time! There was plenty of room and the beds were super comfortable. We were close to vineyards and the lake was right out the door! Super fun!
