It is a nice hotel in what could be called the old town of Kyiv. Not exactly the center of town but still a good location. Little bit strange with the transparent mirror into the bathroom.

Covid safe and well located
This was my third stay at the Radisson in Podil Kyiv. I know it well. Its an extremely good hotel and satisfies all my requirements. I had a suite which offered plenty of room; a nice bath with shower overhead and most importantly a comfortable bed. The hotel had a heightened awareness of covid-19 precautions with a man at the entrance with a temperature checking device at all times; forced mask wearing in communal areas etc. It felt safe. Café open to residents only.

Not the same as other Radisson
We booked this property because we were at the Radisson in Bukovel and it was amazing. We ended up taking the presidential suit and as we walked in we were greeted with 2 cans of coke and some cookies, this was the only service we got during our stay. The rooms had a smell of a old nursing home. The beds are too low. The mattresses are thin enough to leave black and blu marks if you lay on your side. Pillows were deflated. Hugh shower woth extremely bad floor design, everytime you take a shower you flood the entire room. Spider and cobwebs were everywhere like it hasnt been wiped in weeks. Fridge didnt work. Pro's Large 2 bedroom apartment Full kitchen (no oven) Purch TV in every room

We are very happy with the location and the upgrade we got as Expedia Gold members. Anzhela at the reception is a real asset and the bellboy was very helpful. they already knew our preferences from previous visits. The girls in the restaurant were good, but the breakfast somehow shrank ( probably logical considering the covid-19 situation). Not too many options on room service, and this would be a problem for one who wants to eat in. The room always clean and aired, good spaces. we had a water boiler in the room, as well as a coffee maker. It will definitely stay as our choice for every single travel to Kiev.
