Prive, een niveau Home 3 huizen van Beach Path op Exclusive Prime N. Lido-strand. Dit is een zeldzame vondst in een mooie rustige buurt, op een steenworp afstand van spectaculaire zonsondergangen!

Dit huis slaapt 10 in bedden. 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, een met ligbad, de andere twee met douches plus buitendouche. Prive-zwembad in de achtertuin, terras tafel met parasol en zwembad chaises-geweldig voor outdoor entertainment en sterrenkijken, Weber Propane BBQ, uitstekende locatie! Alle nieuwe vinyl planken vloeren, volledig ingerichte keuken, Ethan Allen woonkamer sofa en fauteuil, Tommy Bahama slaapkamer suite, Hooker slaapkamer suite, Stanley slaapkamer suite. 2 slaapkamers met elk een kingsize bed en 2 slaapkamers met 3 queensize bedden. Alle hoogwaardige matrassen. Hoge draadtelling beddengoed op alle bedden, extra kussens voor uw comfort, Turkse handdoeken en föhns. 3e huis van het strand pad en 3 blokken van de zeer gewilde St Armand Circle. Prive parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's. U hoeft nergens heen te rijden. Stappen naar het strand om te genieten van luie dagen en spectaculaire zonsondergangen. 5 minuten lopen naar St. Armands Circle waar u kunt winkelen, dineren en genieten van live entertainment. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere strandstoelen, handdoeken en een parasol voor uw gebruik tijdens uw verblijf en Tommy Bahama Beach Buggy om uw spullen naar het strand te dragen. Wasmachine / droger, gratis Hi Speed Fios internet WiFi en basis kabelkanalen, verwarmd zwembad, fietsen, games en boeken voor uw plezier!

Annual Family trip

The house was perfect for our annual family trip to the beach! We have 3 grandchildren ages 8-14 who loved the pool! Location was perfect! The private path to the beach was very convenient and we loved the quiet beach! The house was within walking distance to the city circle so we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived, if we didn’t want to. There were plenty of restaurants, shopping, and ice cream/candy shops. The only drawback was not having any kind of grocery or convenience store on the island. We did make a couple of trips to the Publix but it was a very short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip!

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, well stocked with pool towels and all the supplies you need for the beach. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans and essentials to enjoy grilling outside. The Weber grill worked great and the outside area has plenty of seating and umbrellas to relax after the beach. The pool temp was divine! We hope we can come back again soon.

It was a beautiful property

This was perfect for our family group. The kids loved the pool and there was lots of space inside as well. The bedrooms are large and there’s three bathrooms, which is great when you have that many kids with you. The owners were very communicative and very helpful.

Great friends vacation

Pelican Cottage Excellence!

We have traveled around Florida. Stayed at varied VRBO properties.This was the best all around! I did not have to clean in advance of unpacking! Our month long "home" was spotless! A very easy walk to the lovely beach and to great shopping at St. Armands!The owners thought of everything! Dishes, supplies, games and books!Thank you Ed & Deb! Perfect Properties

Rented both their cottages. Steps from the beach and walking distance to bars/restaurants. Everyone in the family enjoyed the trip! Owners kept us up to date on all the repairs from the hurricanes and had the property in ready condition as promised!

Another great vacation in Lido Key

My wife, children, and their significant others have been going to Lido Key for many years. This is our first time staying at this cottage. We love the area and have stayed in the same neighborhood previously. The cottage is great. Beds are comfortable, close walk to town and the beach. The beach toys and equipment were far above what is typically found in a vacation rental property We will definitely be going back. We had one small issue and the owner was very easy to reach and took care of the problem quickly

Fabulous place

The house is roomy, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The proximity to the Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle can't be beat. The pool was refreshing in the evening and on the days we were too lazy to hit the beach. We and our adult children, their partners, and our 18 year old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation!

Family vacation with my sister

My family and my sister’s family loved staying at the Pelican Cottage. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking for all of us. The pool was nice to come back to after hours at the beach. It is a good walk to the beach but worth it, as it was not busy at all where we were (even on Memorial Weekend). We enjoyed being able to walk to Starbuck’s and Ben & Jerry’s. The sunsets at the beach were truly amazing and not a single night looked the same. We would love to come back one day. It is officially our favorite beach vacation ever.

Great location. Great home. Pictures don’t do it justice - family that arrived before us called while we were a few miles out and said to go ahead get ready to be surprised. My in-laws rented the property next door which was super convenient for our large family and we had plenty of room. It made for a trip we won’t forget. So much fun. Being able to walk to St Armands Circle was the icing on the cake. Beautiful beach, pool, amenities..too much to list. We look forward to booking this property again.

The location of this house is fantastic. Fairly minor problems including questionable items on one bed and very stinky slow drains in one bathroom. The host was responsive and apologetic, which is appreciated. We generally had a very nice stay and the house is as advertised.The kids loved the pool. We had 10 people stay and it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

Another Great Stay!

I stayed at Pelican Cottage this past February. This is my third time renting it and it won't be my last. The house is well stocked with everything you'll need and the location can't be beat (leave the car parked and walk to St. Armand's and the beach). All that being said the best part of renting Pelican Cottage are the owners Deb and Ed. They are terrific people! I'm counting down the day until my return.
