We stayed at the Hotel Indigo through Expedia some years ago and decided to stay there again for the reasons mentioned above. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel from other business so at times it was a bit noisy from construction from other business. This time as part of the reservation we choose the breakfast buffet, and the dinner which was included with our reservation. First let me say the food was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very accommodating, and were asking as if we needed anything from them, or asked about our food choices for another day. We had a great time, the staff was wonderful, and I have recommended this Hotel to friends. We would certainly go there again.

I was so happy with this hotel in so many ways. If I had to critique one thing the only thing was that the pool is a little cold.

Great facility located in the central part of Madrid. Easy walk to the museums , palace and shopping areas. Nice bar and pool on the roof provided a nice retreat after a full day. Plenty of great restaurants in walking area too. Would happily stay there again

Great location, good breakfast, lovely roof terrace. The room we were in was VERY dark (and no natural light) - we were aware this would be the case when booking, but worth being aware if you are planning to spend time in your room.

This hotel is excellent location to many key sites in Madrid along Gran Via. Walking distance to metro for longer trips. Great service and breakfast was delicious! Room was a bit small but standard for European hotel.

It was exceptionally clean & in the heart of Gran Via . The staff were very friendly & helpful. What I didn’t like was the workers outside filing the skip with rubble early hours. Though one can’t help one jobs are called in.

Hotel is in a great location. Plenty of dining options nearby and a few Metro stations that can take you further afield if you would like to investigate other areas. One demerit was the rooftop bar where they have a large TV screen that was so bright, when on, that it spoiled your vision of the city at nightime. Overall however I would definitely recommend this property.
