This hotel is in a convenient location to walk to the park, museums, and other sites. If you are a light sleeper, the hotel is very quiet and the black out shades work very well. It is a bit shabby and in need of paint, etc. and the bathroom door situation doesn’t afford much privacy, but it is generally a pretty solid choice.

Property is not a 4 stars hotel at all, needs a lot of improvements, very old building, not room service, not coffee machine at room, small room, but great neighborhood, very confortable bed and feel secure.

The area is very convenient. I disliked they took my credit card number for their records (mandatory) despite it was prepaid.

Quaint little hotel with a modern vibe and great beds. Central to everything and very clean and well maintained. The only thing to look out for is that the website makes it look like breakfast is included but it not. Either way much better breakfast options with a 10 minute walk.

Great Stay
Great hotel perfectly located in Madrid. Clean charming - a little mix of old and new which I loved. Staff is nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Breakfast had no cooked option but was more than sufficient with the continental options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room as with most hotels needed more hangers and more hanging space in bathroom area

Amazing location
Cozy, vintage design and perfectly well located. Just one block from La Cibeles, less than a kilometer from La Gran Vía, crossing the street from Chueca and very few blocks from Parque el Retiro, the location of this hotel is perfect. Overall is a great hotel, my only bad point is because I shared the room with a friend, and the room is not for sharing. Although they wanted to show a modern layout of the bathroom, there’s not privacy at all. If you are going to stay by yourself, go ahead, this hotel offers everything. But, if you are going to share with a friend, relative, romantic partner, etc. look for other option.

When you arrived at the hotel at around 09:00h in the morning, the room was not ready and you were offered to store your luggage until check-in time. As they did not accept this offer, we proceeded to cancel the reservation and made an exception to cancel it free of charge.
