I really liked this place, how it was maintained clean everyday & also how it was centered in the Malecón close to stores & restaurants specially our view with the beautiful ocean 🌊 the thing I didn’t like was the water from faucet in the bathroom sink & shower didn’t float well & also the ladie from the buffet who was making our eggs had a very bad attitude

Didnt like that our reservation was canceled even though it was confirmed. I did like that the staff was friendly and thankfully able to help us with getting a room and honoring the price.

Perfect location, very clean and friendly staff. Check in and check out was very quick, simple and not complicated. I wish that there was an ice bucket in the room, water wasn’t supplied daily we had to ask most days, kids not supervised very well by parents/staff at the pool area and if looking for relaxing and quiet evening/day in the pool, it didn’t really happen for me majority of the time spent in pool/hot tub.

Rooms need better cleaning, dirt and stains in floors, and restroom. Ordered roomservice, food is good, but food delivered was open and uncovered during transit from restaurant to room. Covering food would help keep it warm and less exposed to germs.

More like a four-star hotel
The hotel has been open for three years so everything is still in good working conditions. It is in a good location in terms of things to do - right in front of the boardwalk, close to restaurants and things to do. On the downside, since it is a new hotel, walls are made of drywall and doors are not solid wood, this makes for a noisy room because you can hear everything that is going on in the other room and in the hallway. We had to place a rolled towel on the floor "under" the door to block the sounds and sleep better. There are around 60 rooms and they only had 8/10 sun beds, so many of us had to sit in the bar's restaurant chairs. To be honest, it is a good hotel but it is not "grand" and it really isn't a five-star hotel. There is always music in the boardwalk, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for rooms facing the lagoon, not the beach. If you want to go to the beach, you cannot take the hotel's towels with you.

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back here. Hotel is really clean, staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet upstairs never disappoints and has very nice ocean view.

Overall we had a good experience here: Pros: Good spot on the malecón Ocean view was nice Hotel buffet was good pricing They helped us and called a taxi for us to head to the airport Checking in and out was easy Cons: Water wouldn’t get hot

Great stay.
Great location on the Malecon. Lots of activity, young and old enjoying the beauty of the Mazatlan coast. Fabulous pool! Wonderful place to stay.

El baño huele mal, el agua caliente dura 20 minutos para salir. Alberca fria y sucia. Ruidos empiezan 5 de la mañana. Cuando haces checking te muestran una hoja con las limitaciones que tienes. El peor hotel
