The hotel is near shopping centers and many restaurants. There are also casinos very nearby. Breakfast was very good and diverse.

I got to the hotel after 11 p.m., and they canceled my reservation and tried to blame Expedia for it. Upon request of a new room they said they were sold out and suggested for us to go look for another hotel.

Clean and nice but pillows suck!
Very nice and clean hotel, only thing I really didn’t like were the pilllows. It sounds so silly but these pillows look puffy and nice but once you lay down in them, they flat down and get clumpy making the back of your head and neck hurt when you sleep. I’m not a picky person but this has definitely been the worse pillows I have ever slept in. You can fold these pillows probably into 3. My husbands ears were hurting when he laid down because of the clumps these pillows have. We hardly got any slept in the past 4 nights we slept there. They were just so uncomfortable. But The location was good, very clean environment and the breakfast was great and have quite a lot of variety.

Tienen 2 elevadores y nada mas tienen 1 en servicio. El otro que no sirve tiene mas de un año y nunca lo arreglaron. El cuarto que me dieron el ac no servia y el cuarto estaba sucio.

I liked that I was able to go walk and have different shopping options I notice that all the vending machines were not working so disappointed and one elevator was not working only one for 6 floor hotel was busy yesterday afternoon

This hotel looks better in pictures found in hotels.com. From the moment you walk into the lobby there is an unpleasant odor of an “old mop”. Combine that with high thermostat setting in 100 degree weather and it’s hard not to notice. Hall way carpets looked old and unkept. Room a/c was comfortable however during our first night stay the electricity went out around 6am along with the water. Unable to use bathroom facilities. Front Desk person informed us that the electricty would be back up and running “within a short while”. By 9am we were desperate to get to the nearest restroom so we hopped on an Uber to the nearest shopping center. Eight hours later we decided to return to hotel and learned that the electricity had just been reconnected. We were also informed that the manager of the hotel was only going to charge us for one of two nights and that I would receive a credit on my credit card. One week has gone by and no reimbursement has been given.
