"The unit has a unique layout. Enter the kitchen then to the bedroom. Unit is advertised - washer/dryer/TV/etc. I was pleased with the access and security. Decent neighborhood near Oshner Babtist Hospital and a short walk(5 blocks) to a grocery store - Rouse's on Freret. Management are very responsive and helpful if needed. I had an issue with the entrance code midway through my stay and they responded within less than an hour. Turned out I had pressed the wrong button - oops. Coffee is a Keurig."

"My husband, teen daughters and I had a great stay here. Communication was so great. A pdf arrived ahead of time with information about the house, neighborhood and things to explore in New Orleans. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs, sleep mask and/or white noise. The rooms are all pretty bright, and those close to the street are a little loud. We enjoyed the balcony, walked around a ton in the neighborhood and saw so much of NOLA from a great location."

"The host was very accommodating. The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. When we had questions he was very quick to answer them and made sure we had a great time. If ever in New Orleans again we would definitely book this unit again. Thank you for everything."

"The property is in a great location. Winn Dixie is right next door along with anything else you could need. The house has been renovated beautifully. It has all new bathrooms and appliances, but they left the original wood floors, Kitchen wall coverings and wood trim so it is modern but still gives a truly Historic New Orleans feel. Wonderful back patio to enjoy the great weather. Uber to downtown or trolly both really easy."

"We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again"

"My wife and I had a great stay. The property is quite large for the price and the street is quiet. There were many amenities provided. Some people mentioned the low ceilings. They are a bit low but I’m 6-3 and aside from right in front of the refrigerator where there is a support beam I was fine. I would definitely stay again and am looking forward to doing such. "I arrived early and was impressed with the property. I was there for a memorial service of a family member. The property manager was very understanding of my situation. Family members who visited me during my stay was also impressed. I will plan to reserve this property again in the future."

"My group of eight enjoyed our stay. We were in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl and were close enough to walk back from the Superdome. The property is also a short Uber ride to the French Quarter and Garden District. There's room to park two cars behind the house, which was much preferable to street parking. We found that we had to space out our showers in order for everybody to have hot water, so larger groups should keep that in mind. Also worth noting is that there's no closet in the master...

Free street parking is definitely a plus! We loved walking around the neighborhood and easy access to walk to the St. Charles streetcar. "Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed."
