"This house is immaculate! Stocked with spices, creamer, coffee, plastic bags, popcorn and more. We loved the hot tub, screened in porch that we ate all our dinners in and the fire pit. We had a question and was immediately connected to the owner. Just beware that the steps leading upstairs are a ladder type, not good for elderly and watch children. The property is lovely. We used the washer and dryer and dishwasher. All worked perfectly. Can’t see the sunrise because of the hill…can’t even...

"We wanted a cabin stay to decompress after spring break in DC. Nice and relaxing. The fire pit was our favorite thing. Cabin is accurately described. Charming! Beds were comfy. Neighbors have a barking dog that woke us up one night-not sure what that was about. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. We didn’t do much in the area except Storybook trail (teens love the rock scrambling)."

"Wonderful views! Peaceful, nature surrounded, nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and super cozy cabin. Easy communication with the property management company. Community road leading to the cabin is unpaved and steep at times so 4x4 highly recommended. Downtown Luray is nearby with a couple of restaurants and a brewery, grocery stores close by, and the entrance to the Shenandoah park is within 10-15 minutes drive! Perfect location."

Once we got our bearings and found our way out and down to the lodge we were fine. "Very quiet, it’s a shared driveway, but you wouldn’t know once you’re there. It’s very secluded but also close to some great places. The hot tub was amazing, and a very cozy place for our honeymoon."

We did spend some time relaxing at the cabin, but also made some side trips to the caverns, the adventure park, apple picking, atv trail riding, canoeing on the Shenandoah, mountain biking, hiking, and even a treetop zipline!
