Excellent Location
This house was the perfect size for our family of 6. Centrally located and not far from the parks. I would rent from them again if we return to Orlando.

Nice home for large party
This was a lovely home for our family for a weekend event offsite at a reasonable price. Only 15-20 minutes from Disney. Home was clean, beds comfortable, a TV in every bedroom and plenty of seating.

Some beds were little uncomfortable
Overall it was good. As some have said neighborhood a little questionable and noisy at night time on a few nights loud. But everyone we talk to were nice and friendly. I think the one bedroom with the full bed, if it had updated window you would not here the noise.otherwise the house was very nice.

Great spot!
Really nice and comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to everything you need. Host was a wonderful communicator and super helpful. Even jumped on a video call to help us with the TV! I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent spot, small neighborhood
The house itself was excellent, clean, and well kept. However we couldn’t really go outside at night, as there were a few “characters” outside. However we were left alone and had a wonderful time.

Nice home, good location but neighborhood questionable
Home is as described. It very nice on the inside and is clean. The location is perfect for quick access to downtown Orlando. However, the neighborhood isn't the best. Maybe it was just when we were there, but there were angry arguments with violence being threatened going on outside. These arguments woke some of us up at 3am. Those of us with wives left to go to a hotel the next day. But two stayed without incident.

This was a great experience for us. We needed a place that was affordable and close to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove and it was within 20 minutes as Ayesha has stated. The place was clean and well kept. We found everything we needed. Regular coffee and filters would have been a good add. The TVs didn't work that great. Not all would with the remotes. Thanks for everything Ayesha we hope to return next year

Christmas Vacat
I stayed with my family at this property over the holidays. We mostly needed a place to sleep since we spent most of the daytime with family who lives in Orlando. The house is spacious and we were able to accommodate my group of 8 adults and a toddler comfortably. The temperature went down to 30 degrees that weekend and unfortunately we did not have heat the first night/day we were there. Apparently there was a glitch in the heating system which was corrected. Ayesha quickly responded when I reached out and was diligent in getting someone to the house to address the issue (on Christmas Eve). She was pleasant and efficiently resolved the problem in a timely manner. The property itself is a rather old house with some renovations that makes it look better online than what it really is. The master bathroom seems recently renovated, however the second bathroom is old and a yellow liquid was leaking from the air vent at some point. The master bed is old and had pieces of wood hanging under it. The kitchen could use a refurbishing. I had to use a fork to flip an omelette as there were no cooking utensils. The neighborhood is not pretty and we were not impressed with the atea. My overall experience was okay. If you are only looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price and don’t mind the area, the place is not bad. Definitely give Ayesha a 10 out of 10 for customer service and her fast response.

Great experience
My husband, friends, and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a wonderful experience. The house is nice and updated, it provided everything we needed. We had questions about the A/C system and the property owner was very helpful and prompt in responding. Also, the home was 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Property Manager
Upon walking into the home, the place looked beautiful. Even still, we needed to communicate with the property manager about a couple of things. She responded with complete professionalism, care, and concern. She immediately acknowledged the concern and promptly provided the solution. Our family was grateful and appreciated her commitment to providing quality services. She further followed up to ensure that our needs were met and inquired how she could do anything else. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay at her property. I would rate her customer service well above 10! Best property manager ever!!! Highly recommend staying in her homes.

Disney Vacation
All and all it was as advertised. Just a couple of things, master bath shower drain needs a little drano and just a thought maybe a couple of nonstick pans. Loved all the kitchen equipment and k cup flavors. It was very close to all the park's the longest drive was 20min. Lots of food choices within 15min.

Will definitely rent again if available! Beds are super comfy, kids enjoyed it, had everything you need it and if they didn’t the stores are not to far. Not the closest to the Disney parks but not an issues if you have a car!

This property was exactly as described. The beds were so comfortable it was the best night sleep I've had away from home. I had some difficulty with the remote (technically challenged) and the host was so responsive. Great stay. Perfect location!

Needs help
It says it can sleep 10 with 5 beds but they consider a blow up mattress as one. We smelt smoke and a breaker popped at 10pm. I called and emailed the owner with no response until the next morning. We had to move the refrigerator (because we had food in in) and no ac in one of the rooms for the rest of our visit. Half the kitchen and one complete bedroom would not work. The owner set her maintenance guy over the next morning (he just got the call) and he popped the breaker that was in a locked room, he said he would call her because she would have to call an electrician. He could not fix it. We got home after the park and it wasn’t fixed, I emailed and called her again. Her response the next morning was he fixed it yesterday, I should have called her during the day to tell her, and have a safe trip, check out no later then 11am. I asked her if the guy she hired said he would call her then why would I have to also? Then she blamed me for the breaker. I don’t think I should have to pay full price and the bed and electric was not as promised.

Hello. Yes, the maintenance man was there at 8 am to trip the breaker while you were there and no further concerns were reported to either of us. Please understand that unlike a hotel, when there’s a concern reported at 11pm, it is always addressed first thing in the morning unless if there were an emergency. The listing does report the bed size and type and shows the air mattress as an option for guests. Not certain about your concern of AC as the home is equipped with central AC and has additional window units to further cool the home. This is the best place we stayed in Orlando. A+ extra cleaned place. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and with all the necessities for the family. On my next visit to Orlando I will definitely stay in this house.

To say that it was a wonderful experience is very little to say, for my family and me it was one of the most beautiful experiences since we not only stayed in a house but in a home, the administrator made us feel like part of her family, from The distance made our stay pleasant and I achieved all the expectations I wanted when renting in Vrbo. I fully recommend to each person who wants to enjoy their vacations. Rent this house 100% perfect, clean and comfortable. LOOK NO MORE !!! This house is the ideal one. Decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa es muy poco que decir, Para mi familia y mi fue una de las experiencia mas lindas ya que no solo nos hospedamos un una casa sino en un hogar , la administradora nos hizo sentir como parte de su familia , desde la distancia procuraba que nueatra estancia fuese placentera y logro todas las espectativas que deseaba al rentar en VRDO. Recominedo totalmente a cada persona wue quiera disfrutar de sua vacaciones Rente esta casa 100% perefecta , limpieza y comodidad . NO BUSQUE MAS !!! Esta casa es la ideal .
