"I really enjoy staying at this Staybridge Suites. When you can walk into a place, receiving great customer service starting at the front desk, housekeeping was on point, and the breakfast was a hotel’s breakfast(if you want more go out to eat) it’s always pleasant. I have stayed here 3-4 times when I come up to visit my daughter in college. It’s always been clean rooms, great customer service, lighted parking, and a quiet atmosphere. "

"THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE WHEN CHECKING IN. DURING THE STAY AT THE HOTEL THE WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. MY ROOM WAS AWESOME."

"The room was very nice, I had no problems in that area. However, it was obvious that the tub had been patched for leaks around the edges multiple times and the shower head was leaking and was not adjustable as one would have expected. It may be the case where you just have to shut that room down and have the tub professionally repaired so that guests would not get the feelings that they were tossed into one of your less optimal rooms. I personally got the feeling I was given a lower standard room, possibly because of my race. I'm hoping that wasn't the case. "
