The apartments are in a great location close to restaurants and port houses. We have a wonderful view of the river from our room. The two ladies that we have spoken with at the front desk have been very helpful and pleasant. We would recommend this hotel for those staying in Gaia.

Excellent service. View from hotel room very scenic overlooking the Duoro river. Excellent service from the lady, Fatima, at the reception. Best views. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay in this hotel when in porto again.

You have the perfect view of Porto. Property is close to the bridge that leads to Porto and we only walked about 10 minutes to cross the bridge. The property is clean.

Perfect overall, we were traveling with a toddler and everything was ready when we arrived, great location with an amazing view, you also have restaurants under so staying here is a great choice.

Perfect location - being located on the Gaia side of the river Douro, the hotel provides the perfect view of porto Skyline. *just make sure you book a riverview room on upper floors*. If you wish to get new towels or new sheets or have the rooms cleaned on daily basis, you would need to inform the reception downstairs so, as the this place provides serviced apartments. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The reviews are true. This was, hands down, the best accommodations throughout our trip across Portugal. Professional, communicative, spotless, helpful and courteous staff. Lovely breakfast. We didn't want to leave.

The apartment is nicely appointed for our 4 night stay. The views from our room were stunning! We had easy access to cross over to Porto on the Don Luis bridge and our location had many restaurants and wine cellers in the immediate area.

A really nice place with wonderful views and location. The staff is wonderful also. Franchesca and Fatima couldn't do enough for us, they are just terrific. We have stayed at many, many places over the years in Porto (we have been coming to the city since 2005), and this is the best of them all.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Vila Nova de Gaia. The room with the balcony/river view is amazing and picturesque. They have 30 rooms but only 7 that face the river with a balcony. It is above several restaurants. We would sit in our bed and look outside the doors to the river and Porto side. It did get busy on the street after 9am until past midnight. But the doors are sound proof and blocked out the noise. The room itself is amazing, clean and modern. We received many compliments on the views from our room. I would definitely book here again. It doesn’t have a pool/spa/bar but who needs that when visiting this beautiful city with such a gorgeous view. So much to do and explore on both sides.

Property is located on the bustling waterfront, with restaurants and shops directly in front of the entrance. A parking lot is available within a very short walk away. Breakfast was delivered to the room - a small tray with an assortment of items. Room was spacious and clean. Easy to walk.

Fantastic property run by kind and very helpful people. Location is unbeatable, right above lively restaurants in the center area of the port wine houses. My view was incredible, 180 degrees of the Douro River. Very loud tourist area but balcony doors are nice and new so once shut, keep out almost all noise. Will definitely return.

The location of this property was excellent. We had a beautiful view of Porto from our room. The concierge was amazing and the restaurants below us were great. You can walk over the bridge to the Porto side. We highly recommend this place.

This property was absolutely beautiful. We booked it for the view and wow it did not disappoint. I wouldn’t stay with a rear facing view so make sure you book the apartments with the frontal view of Porto - like something off a postcard! 3 huge double windows allowing lots of natural light. Restaurants just below and market stalls, everything was walkable distance. Personally didn’t need use of the kitchenette so have no comment on this - there’s so many beautiful restaurants on your doorstep no need to eat in. Singers busking below at the restaurants stopped around 11pm meaning the hustle and bustle of the day just outside is nice and quiet come bedtime. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Wonderful apartment with all the items and space needed, including cozy beds. Very friendly receptionists, both day and night. Fatima and Segny were wonderfully helpful with every request and made our stay even more special. We had the suite overlooking the river, and it was so special! Highly recommend this accommodation which is ideally located to both Gaia and Porto.

I would definitely recommend this property. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. Gaia, (where we stayed), is directly across from porto ( the other side of the Douro river. Where it was very busy. Gaia is a bit less busy. It is not a far walk to the other side.
