Clean, Safe, Perfect Location
This property surpassed our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, the location is in a very safe area and walkable to Seattles main attractions. You do have to meet with someone at check in which I actually appreciated getting a tour and being shown how to use the fob key in and out of the condo. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we come back to Seattle.

Amazing Location
The location was fabulous! Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit as well as a number of restaurants. The bakery/cafe right next door did not disappoint. Our bed was very comfortable, and the room was super clean. Our teen daughter slept on the pull out sofa, and she had no complaints. She also enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Unit
We had a great stay in the Seattle area. The unit had everything needed for our family and we enjoy the other amenities in the building (pool, gym, parking). Location was great allowing us to walk everywhere in the city. Definitely would consider booking this unit again.

The unit was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Its convenient location was another highlight, with just a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle in the opposite direction.

Perfect Location, beautiful accommodation
We were met by Eric who showed us the lay of the land (very helpful). The accommodation was perfect. Beautiful gardens & pool. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Nice little touches from the owners. Restaurants & small market actually on the same block. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Seattle.

The abundance of greenspace offers me the majesty of of being enclaved in well manicured garden. The accommodations are complete with the richness of mainstay historical architecture, combined with modern appeal. Of course, this location has all the things that makes one safe to be brave.

Great Belltown Condo

Fantastic stay!!
My sister and I visited Seattle for a sister trip!! This property was so easy and wonderful to check into, easy and safe garage and entrance and exit, and the perfect location for tourist activities! We walked almost everywhere. The accommodations in the complex were great, and we felt super safe! The hosts were beyond accommodating, fast responsive, and flexible when my sister’s flight was many hours delayed!! Thank you again so much for the hospitality! We will be back!

We loved this location! Central to so many things within walking distance. Safe secure parking was very convenient, we were able to park our car in the garage and not worry. The space is a decent size and very clean. Didn’t love coordinating to meet someone to get checked in but it was a relatively quick process.

Location...Secure Parking...Roof Deck Views...Oh my!!!!
This was a splurge for us and worth every dollar! My mom, husband and I enjoyed a few days in Seattle for an event at the Space Needle. PERFECT location for walking to everything amazing in Seattle! We were very comfortable in the condo, on the rooftop deck and fixing meals in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely downtown condo get away
The property is nice and conveniently located near Plikes Market and the Space needle as well as close to many fabulous restaurants. We did enjoy a brief swim and sauna on our last night. An added bonus. The bed is comfortable and the condo has all we needed. Loved having secure parking , as well as that was one less thing to be concerned with. This is a great location and easy walk to most places. Even Lumen stadium was only 1/2 hour walk or a quick ride on a scooter which are super handy if you want to get around easily. The bakery next door is fabulous! Definitely recommend checking it out. We would definitely stay here again. A lovely Seattle getaway .

Well-located small condo. On the courtyard side of the block, so less street noise 🙂. Main bed and sofa bed both surprisingly comfortable. Sofa bed easier to operate than many alternatives. Thank you for hosting. Would stay again if passing through Seattle.

I can't say enough about this VRBO. The home was clean and well stocked with basic needs. The building felt safe. The front door and elevators required a fob to enter. Even the free parking garage is locked. The area around the condo was also great with a bakery and corner store just steps away. We were able to walk to both the space needle and Pike market. Uber service was quick for further locations. I would stay here again if in Seattle. The host was also awesome letting us drop our luggage early as we arrived from a cruise ship early on our check in day. Thank you again for that.

Great location and perfect condo
Communication was great and Eric was on top of everything to take care of any issues. The location is perfect to easily walk to Pikes market and piers. Many great restaurants around the block nearby. Macrina bakery next door is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the pool and sunset on the rooftop patio area. The condo itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the area and liked the secure building. We highly recommend this place. We completely enjoyed our Seattle experience staying here.

Lovely apartment well appointed for access to all the attractions
My family of 4 stayed here for 3 busy days of sight seeing in Seattle. The apartment is very well appointed with easy walking distance to most every main attraction you'd want to visit. Communication with owners was efficient and helpful. Eric met us to check us in and acquaint us with the building/apartment and was lovely. The condo is clean and modern with all the amenities you'd want with some thoughtful additions like Keurig pods, laundry pods, z-lock bags and Q-tips (which we were pleasantly surprised to find provided). Master bed was very comfortable and young kids were fine on the pull-out couch. There's a well stocked convenient store on the corner and plenty of restaurants in the area. Eric shared his favorite sushi spot (Japonessa) which we tried our first day and loved. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit Seattle!

Great place, but with some inconveniences
The place is as described, looks like the photos, and is very conveniently located to walk to major tourist destinations. It’s super convenient to have a parking space and access to pool/fitness room was nice! All of that is exactly what I was hoping for when I booked. The downside - you do need to time your arrival with a human per condo rules which I was aware of and understand (this person was incredibly nice and helpful). Working on this timeline can be a little complicated when you’re driving and visiting family, but we managed it. Unfortunately, when we arrived (nearly two hours after check-in time) we were told our room hadn’t been cleaned because the cleaners had a flat tire. I get that life happens, but was disappointed that while we were expected to communicate about our arrival time, we were not given the same courtesy of communication about the room’s condition before our arrival. It took about 45-50 minutes to clean it. We were refunded $50 (1/2 cleaning fee) for this inconvenience. The second issue was internet connection. It often didn’t work at all. I did contact the host who was quick to get back to me and was told to unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Ultimately, we found this would work for about an hour and then would need to be done again.

Tanya, We are glad the condo and the location were exactly what you had hoped!! Again, we are sorry about the cleaning delay. Unfortunately, our cleaners failed to notify us they were behind due to a flat or we would have passed this information on to you. We have talked to them about this and they have assured us they will keep us informed in the future. After your experience with the Wi-Fi, we had the cable company replace the router, so that should be fixed for future stays.

Perfect Stay
This was our first VRBO stay and we are so happy that we made the choice to try it. We stayed two nights and were able to easily access much of what Seattle has to offer. We felt safe to walk and it was easy to get to the train. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Extremely pleased with the condo's location and the free/secure parking. Walking distance to all the sites; only a 20 min walk to Lumen field as an alternative to the light rail. The couch bed was very comfortable; not at all like so many other pull-out couches. Amenities provided were perfect. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Seattle.

The location is amazing. Pike place is walking distance, space needle is walking distance and lots of places to eat. I highly recommend booking this place before someone else does. It was clean and the check in process was very smooth. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The shower has very very good water pressure. My daughter slept on the sleeper sofa and it was so comfortable. I would book this location again. Kristin and Ron where very easy to communicate with.

It was a Great Short few days Stay. The condo was homie and exactly how its presented online. The Location was perfect. It has Great restaurants, great surrounding tourist attractions. Just downstairs there is an amazing Delicous Coffee Shop. The Building is safe and has security walk-through and around the area. There is also a Great convenient store steps away. The Neighborhood like any other major city have a few unpleasant characters. Be mindful of your surroundings. I'd definitely stay there again!

Coming into a large downtown area from small town USA, I'm sure many would love the location. The building was secure and we did feel safe inside. With our walking time to the Market place, there were several homeless laying in the sidewalks and people asking for money. Made me feel nervous as it's not like this near our home. Many rules, but nothing that wasn't reasonable. There were kids in the condo area and they were running through the halls. Never got to the pool or hot tub as it was always full. Think a great place for younger tourists.

Overall good stay
Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Check-in was great and it was nice to be greeted by someone who walked us through everything. The building and apartment were very clean and well appointed, with good security protocols. The apartment was tight on space and sleeping arrangements for our group (2 adults, 7 year old and 4 year old). My wife and kids squeezed into the double bed, and I had to use the sofa bed (which was comfortable enough for sofa bed standards). The apartment may be better suited for 2 adults. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of great restaurants and coffee spots within walking distance. The host was responsive and pleasant.

This condo is located in Belltown, which is about a 10 min walk to Pikes Market and a stones throw to pretty much any local bar or restaurant. So close to Pike Market Area
The check in process was a bit more than we have had to do with previous vrbo rentals. You do need to meet with someone in person to go over the condo rules & have the check out procedure explained. The owner was very understanding that we wouldn't know our specific check in time until the day of & they communicated with us in a very timely manner to coordinate the meeting at check in. We picked this condo because of its proximity to the Pike Marketplace and the free parking that was included. We enjoyed the view of the courtyard more than we expected to. Condo was very clean. Easy walk to Pike Market. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
