Located on Pinehurst Course #3, the home is also a comfortable walk to Pinehurst and Lake Pinehurst.

A spacious open living and dining area features a wet bar, working fireplace and flat screen TV with cable and DVR. WiFi is included. Renovated and fully equipped eat-in kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or an elegant dinner. And the laundry is conveniently located off the kitchen.

Dining alfresco? A completely outfitted huge deck runs the entire length of the house, affording panoramic views of the #3 golf course. With an umbrella table and chairs, gas grill and classic Pinehurst rocking chairs, you can kick back after a long day of playing or watching golf, and may never come inside!

Primary Bedroom features a king bed and newly renovated private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and single bed, while Bedroom 3 has twin and queen bed. All linens are included. The Master Bath and Guest Bath have both been recently remodeled and upgraded.

Two couples for a week of golf in Pinehurst.
Great house, so nice to sit out on the deck and watch golfers coming up the fairway. Everything was as promised in the listing and more. Jennifer couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when a freak thunderstorm knocked out cable TV and she arrived pronto to reset. We would definitely go back.

Guys golf trip
This house was perfect. Great spot to have coffee on the large porch before loading up the golf clubs and playing a round. 6 guys had plenty of space and the response from the owner on any questions was immediate. Looking forward to booking it next year.
