Just perfect
Comfortable beds, great kitchen stock, nice little porch and very walkable location. Too cool to use the pool, but maybe next time.

Clean and neat but not up to par
Neat and clean but small condo. Just 2 blocks to beach was an easy walk and pool was just a few steps away. Good size living room tv and internet strong. However, inadequate supply of cooking pots if you plan to do much of your own cooking. Nights were difficult for us as beds were very soft and upstairs neighbors were very heavy footed and up til 11 or 12 every night. No tv in guest room and no place for hanging clothes. Overall we won’t return to this unit for those reasons.

Mid-week getaway

Great location and super cute!
The location worked great for us as we went to a concert at the Amp! We also explored the beach and downtown and were super convenient to those as well! It was very cleaned and appeared just like the photos!

TRULY HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This property had everything we could have wished for. Comfortable, clean space -- we had only to pack our suitcases. Especially loved the front-loading washer and dryer, which were used frequently. Close to the beach and the pool, what a wonderful spot to greet the morning sun and to have a relaxing walk in the evening.

Nice stay!
We had a nice stay. The check-in process was really easy and contacting the renting company was really easy as well. The house is accurate as how it was described. It was clean and comfortable. It is really close to the downtown area and there is also a Publix 7 mins away to get some groceries.

2023 Beach Stay
We had a great time in St. Augustine. The walk to beach was not bad. Pool was nice to be across the street. Upkeep of pool could use some tlc. It was very clean inside the condo. I think what bothered me most was no water hose was provided(sand from beach) to wash off everything before putting back in our vehicle when we packed up to head home. We asked about it and was told it would be brought to staff meeting. We had to go purchase one! Another thing to haul back! Another thing that surprised me that was not provided was a TV in one of the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have our own tv to enjoy before going to bed each night. Other than that, it was a great place!

Wonderful Condo
The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and functional. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and laundry. Located in a great area- close pool and quick walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk to the Farmers Market and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Seaside in St. Augustine
The place was very clean. There is a 10 minute walk to beach but not too far. I didn't like the people upstairs so definitely maybe get an upstairs if you are like me and not used to people being above you.

“Not restful “
Clean unit , close to beach . Upon arrival we heard dogs barking from upstairs unit continually throughout our stay . Once owners arrived home played loud music until 1am . We contacted Vacasa noise issue and we were basically told there us nothing they can do - handle it however we feel necessary. So what we had hoped would be a restful stay was anything but that . If you plan to stay at this unit take earplugs .

The apartment was just as it was in the pictures. The place was cleaned very well, which is important because we have an explorative toddler. It was nicely decorated and equipped with everything that you need for the most part. We cooked breakfast in the mornings and we just purchased food and cooking spray. All of the pans and dishes needed were in the kitchen. There was some foil and salt and pepper. If you want more seasonings you have to buy them. But check the kitchen before going to the store to avoid buying unnecessary items. Paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, tissue, and hand soap was provided as well. But again, check before you go to the store, some of these items may have been left by prior tenants and we just lucked up. The location was great. We could easily walk to the beach, but we drove because we had a lot of stuff. The beds are comfortable, the tenants above and beside us were quiet. We were close to restaurants and appreciated not having to go far to get food. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely book again!

Cozy, efficient home away from home
This was a perfect spot for our family of six (kids ages 4-11) for an extended weekend getaway. I liked that the parking lot was right next to the unit so I could send big kids to help load/unload. It was adequately stocked with supplies and the double oven was probably one of my favorite surprises! (Made dinner and dessert at the same time one night!) The beach was close enough to walk to and the pool kept my kids busy when we weren’t exploring historic sites just a short drive away. (Our first day there we saw the pool guy come out and clean it so that was reassuring) Netflix, Disney +, and cable were a nice addition and my 11 year old was able to hook up our Nintendo switch with ease. The couch wasn’t the easiest for squeezing six people but we made it work and it was worth having that style/design to conserve space and still have a pull out bed! A tv in the second bedroom would have been a plus! The beds were comfortable and I think the photos advertised the space accurately (no “wide angle zoom lens trickery” haha) The renter was quick and thorough with replies and I would absolutely stay here again and refer my friends/family. It’s a nice community and we have some great memories. Thanks Vacasa!

Property was convenient, close to restaurants and state park, could walk or ride bikes to beach .
Average, thought it could have been alittle cleaner and should have had more than 1 small coffee container, for just 1 pot, a few creamers and sugar... think it would be helpful for a few more standard kitchen supplies, like salt pepper and extra paper towels which are not costly. We have a rental and try to leave enough for a few days. Average condo
