The Space:
This single story bungalow nestled in the Hyde Park community features a full-sized, fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home has a main bedroom that sleeps two, a secondary bedroom that sleeps four with a bed and additional trundle bed, as well as a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The updated kitchen features beautiful stainless steel countertops and a full sized-fridge, microwave, oven, stove top and cookware to make staying in a breeze! Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back and relax, grill out, or play some cornhole in your own private outdoor space via the gate next to the back door.

Experience historic Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district, or world famous Bern's Steakhouse - all just a short walk away! Are you an early riser? Head down to Bayshore Blvd and catch the breathtaking sunrises over Downtown Tampa every morning!

The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful Bayshore Blvd is just a few blocks from your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets: Pets under 50 lbs are allowed but require a $15 per night fee per pet. Max of 3 pets
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the driveway behind the home.
- We do not allow smoking inside our home. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
