There was a weird odor upon entering room.. also, the shower wasn’t draining well at all. Breakfast was excellent and facility was clean and well kept.

When we got into the room it was clear that the road nose was going to be a problem. Desk staff were wonderful and gave us a different room, on the back side of the building. Much quieter!

This is a new property located on an access road next to the interstate. Traffic/truck noice is noticeable.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but we were disappointed that there were no cinnamon rolls. Also, the hotel is right on the freeway access road, and our room faced the freeway. Thus, it was very noisy.

The hotel rooms are large and quiet. The hotel is in a convenient location on the freeway but the surrounding area is industrial. Not their fault. It fit our needs perfectly. A safe place on our road trip.

Check in and staff were fantastic however, the thermostat in the room was physically broken so the AC would not work. The next morning went to go downstairs and a sign on the elevator said it was out of order so had to walk down 3 flights jto get to breakfast and see that the eggs and gravy were still very cold and the coffee creamer was so old that it was just a thick syrup. Other than having to haul my luggage down 3 flights of stairs to check out and then couldnt use the door closest to the parking spot because it also had a sign saying do not use and the glass was busted out of it the stay was good. Bed was comfortable.

Just stayed at a much cheaper place that was horrible. You get what you pay for. This wasn't that expensive, but the room was 100x nicer and just clean

Property is conveniently located near major highways. Easy access. Recently renovated, clean and quiet with all that you’d expect from holiday inn express. Breakfast options are good and timely. Several dining options within 1-2 miles of facility.

The check in took 20 minutes.. the staff didn’t appear to know what to do.. one staff member was running back and forth from another building trying to arrange our room.. we requested a ground floor close to the dog area.. we received a 3rd floor room at the opposite end from the pet area.. when we asked for a receipt they said they couldn’t give us one.. we still don’t know the charges..the person in charge said she would add extra expedia points for the inconveniences but have yet to see them..

It's within walking distance of McDonald's, a new, clean building. However, it is super noisy. I need to put on my noise-cancellation earphones to be able to sleep. The AC unit is also super noise and create a vibration in room #325
