"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights while birding the fantastic Magee Marsh. The location was great, with nice views and proximity to many good restaurants in Port Clinton. The condo itself was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing out on the decks, and overall had a terrific time! "I think it’s great to see the renovation of downtown Sandusky. We used to be here often raising our family on the water. Only ding is it’s next to a public park that motorcycle traffic and revving of engines is very common and noisy if you expect quiet getaway. We expect to revisit as often as possible. 👍👍👏👏"

"I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. Will definitely return for future trips if available!"

"This cute condo overlooking the boat basin was perfectly located to Huron’s downtown. It was nicely furnished and had great a view. The only surprise was the shared balcony. Everything worked out as we only saw the neighbor once. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and plan to book another stay."

"Ideal location right on the lake. Short walk to the ferry to Cedar Point. Amazing workout room and outdoor pool. Easy walk to all of downtown Sandusky with amazing food and entertainment options. The condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. "We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a great few days and to see the eclipse in totality. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. Communication was excellent, and the condo has everything you could need for a stay."

"Stayed for a weekend baseball tournament and were wonderfully pleased with how clean, cosy, and ease of access to the place. What a great view of the bay. "The island in general and the property in particular were great! Everyone on the island was extremely friendly and polite. Charles was extremely proactive about communication and responsive, the check in process was smooth and easy and the property managers provided plenty of detail about the logistics of getting to the property. I really felt like we went into the trip with both eyes wide open and somehow the property still exceeded expectations. Simply saying the property had a "lake view"...

"This one bedroom, one bathroom condo has an awesome view of Lake Erie out the back window. The condo is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is very convenient to Port Clinton and adjacent activities. We had an awesome time."

"Our condo was clean and cozy. The coffee shop on the island was top notch and everyone was friendly. The shuttle service wasn't real dependable but they do show up and do their best. I think it is more of a staffing issue. All in all, we enjoyed our weekend and would consider returning."

"The condo was clean and was a great place to stay if you are at Erie to fish. The condo was nice but nothing overly fancy. There was a nice dock to keep our boat overnight but no places to really hang out and enjoy the sights. We would stay again to go fishing."

"Preston's place was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. The internet speed is great and allowed me to work while on site. The outdoor space is plentiful and there is even a pretty, little wetland next door. We woke up to bird song every morning and enjoyed walks along Sandusky Bay with our dogs. Preston is a great host who was VERY quick with responses to questions. We would definitely stay again."
