Dear GillianGreetings First thank you for you I honestly review because the reasons as below:1/ You made reservation for twin room with extra bed but we gave you standard triple room2/ You asking for extra bed and we inform you it will be chargeable as per our policy and contract with Expedia but you asking for free extra bed for 4 years baby and we offer you a baby crib but you refuse. 3/ You have bad behavior and rude way when you talking with our staff at the reception that’s why we call Expedia and we inform them the issue4/ You start treating the reservation manager if he didn’t give you free extra bed you will close the property from Expedia because you working with Expedia. 5/. Your type of guest they are not welcoming in our hotel and we will let other properties around the world know about you by social media

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big, bathroom / shower facilities are good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool but pool table was good fun especially since I was traveling with friends. Location is excellent, 5 mins away from Petra entrance.

Lovely room, modern bathroom and best pillows on whole trip (including places 3 times the price). Pool is a little disappointing, but that's not the reason you are here. Easy walk into town (few good restaurants on right), and short drive to Petra parking.

Amazing
This was by far the best hotel we could even imagine. The staff really went above and beyond. The food is to die for. A lovely 3 course Dinner for a very reasonable price.

Amazing View from the room and rooftop. Great location to visit petra. We had a car and it was only a 5 min drive away. Small restaurants nearby.

We came from the 4 star Movenpick Resort in Aqaba, and our rooms at Tetra Tree were bigger, cleaner and nicer! The staff were really helpful and the terrace and dining room are lovely. Sure its not a swanky place, but very comfortable. Some of the bad reviewers - people who say there wasn't enough fresh fruit for breakfast etc - should stick to package hols in Spain!

Clean and comfortable and good value for money. Some way from the Petra site, but with nice views over Wadi Musa. A nice rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening.

From the start, Mohamad, the Manager was a great help. After contacting him about transfers from the airport and around the area, he kept in touch and we also organised a transfer to Jerash from Amman. The Tetra Tree is a small personal hotel, a family run business. The rooms are large and well appointed. The Aircon was the best we had during our stay in Jordan. The pool, as others have mentioned, is inside a conservatory style building, so does not get the sun. We actually enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace after our days activities. The restaurant is run by another family. The buffet is good value for money and has a pretty good choice. It was all fresh. Breakfast was equally good. They do serve wine and beers, however they can run out... We had a great stay in this hotel, and if you compare the price versus the big hotels, there is no comparison. Thank you Mohamad for making our time in Jordan great!!

2 Nights visiting Petra
Medium size hotel ~10 mins in Taxi to Petra main entrance. Staff were always exceptionally kind and helpful. Cleaness of the property also good, rooms cozy and spacious, biggest and appreciative highlight: comfy& clean king beds with perfectly working air conditioning, 2 most attributes needed when you are in the "desert" Specially great service and professionalism from Mr Mohammad accommodating all needs to guests to make their stay safe and enjoyable. Thanks!

Good value property friendly staff. Only a few minutes drive to Petra entrance. They have lunch packs available to take with you into petra at a cost (cheaper if you take your own snacks)

Booked a 2 bedroom room and they didn’t have a room when we got there. Sent us to another hotel down the road and had to share one room with 4 people. Lied to us about the other hotel being “much better”. All of the people we met in Jordan were extremely welcoming except this place. Definitely no Jordanian hospitality here. I understand hotels oversell sometimes but they didn’t even bother apologizing.

I booked at Tetra tree and they moved me to a hotel 2 buildings over where I got a smaller room than I paid for. The staff were friendly and offered me a free meal for the night that was mixed up. the next 2 nights while still in a different hotel I got the mountain view room. Breakfast was good. Location good.

Beautiful room in Wadi Musa
The Tetra Tree Hotel was a great part of our stay in Wadi Musa. It is about a 20 minute walk (downhill) to Petra; there’s also a hotel shuttle that leaves 3 times in the morning and brings back guests 3 times in the evening. Room was beautiful.

Modern room but breakfast poor.
The room was comfortable and modern. Peking was free and across the road. The only negative was the breakfast which was one of the poorest we’ve had. Choices were very limited and I found myself with just pitta and houmas.

Staff, from kitchen to reception, was outstanding. Hotel itself is in good conditions, breakfast is very basic but adequate. Nothing too fancy but still great value for money. Especial thanks to Esmeralda.

Great place to crash while visiting Petra.
We spent a night here while we are visiting Petra. Hotel is nice and clean and close to be super fresh. The view from the hotel is top notch. The staff is extremely helpful and super nice. The location of the hotel is up the hill 5-6 minutes from Wadi Musa city center. There is not so much to do around but in our case it didn't really matter.

An Oasis
Tetra Tree Hotel is amazing - the room, the beds and the service were all excellent. However... be aware that the buffet dinner costs about $25 and they add on a 26% tax and service fee!!!! The view from the hotel was stunning as it is on top of a hill - absolutely breath taking. But this also means that there is very little around. There’s one minimart across the street - I’d recommend getting your snacks/water etc from there and pay local prices. The front desk guy was SO helpful in getting a taxi for us to Amman - he really went out of his way to get us a returning car - which meant about 30% less then what we would have had to pay. Great place over all!

Did not even get to stay at this hotel they did not have a room for me. I booked a king sized bed with city view and stayed at a hotel down the road with two single beds facing a hill. Owner tried to help and gave us a free dinner but the restaurant wasnt open at the time and we were hungry. We did not get a discount in the end and paid for our own dinner.

Good value stay for a trip to Petra
Good value for money with very helpful and friendly staff. Good location close to petra, 3/4 minutes drive. It is not possible to walk from the hotel as there are many steep hills. You will need a car or the hotel can arrange a taxi. There's a quiet bar downstairs that serves alcohol and shisha. The rooftop is also very nice but unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to use it. The hotel provided a packed lunch for us to bring to Petra for 8 JD per person. The food provided in the packed lunch was average and we felt not worth the 16JD we paid for it. Great views from the hotel.
