Check in took over an hour. We got one key card, and asked for a second key, and told it wasn’t possible. They offered no direction to the room. We were given no info about dining times, locations, etc. The hotel lists free wi-fi, but in order to access it, you have to turn off private sharing its not available in the rooms. The fridge & coffee maker were both broken. The AC in the room is set to 25c (77F) and you can’t override it. There are very few English speaking employees that can assist you when you do have an issue.
The manager came to the room after I posted another review and offered a comp lobster dinner. It was about 6:00pm, and we were getting ready to go get dinner. The reservation offered was at 8:00pm. We reluctantly accepted and were then asked to update our review, which I agreed to do by adding that they offered us a comp meal for the inconvenience. We waited 2 hours, went to the restaurant and ordered exactly what we were offered. We were then told there would be an up-charge to our order for this meal. At this point, we were done, got up and left. This was very disappointing. Especially after waiting 2 hours to eat. We will not return to this hotel.
