I don't know if it was just the room that we were in but we always get the king rooms that have a jet tub in it, so this is like the first room that we had that didn't really have any hot water in our room. And we had hair all over our bed seats it was probably from the wash I don't know if these fabric softener or not a little Dusty could the maids do a little bit of better cleaning yes but I know they're on a time schedule cuz there is even hair up in our bathroom sink every time we stayed here there's only been like little stupid incidents but this is the first room that didn't really have hot water that we stayed in
