Nice hotel with a great sea view, close to Puerto De La Cruz historical center, nice staff, good food. Good place to relax. A few more deckchairs by the pool and a few more parking spaces would be welcome

3 Sep 2019Website is very unhelpful - but it's fantastic once you get there! We went to the "Siam Nights" evenings which were much less crowded than the day, you don't need fast passes, and don't have to worry about walking on hot pavements or getting sunburned. It's hard to find your way around the map isn't very intuitive - they could really improve on this.

10 Apr 2019Children over 10 year old have to pay adult prices but cannot access the new big slide - from 14 years upwards. Bit of a con. Take flip flops to walk around with.

6 Apr 2019Remember your water shoes but they are 9.99 euros in the park if you forget.. Lockers are 8 euros but you get 5 euro back. Food is same price as you would pay in a local bar. Little life jackets are available for children to wear (free). I think you can hire wet suits. Not much for children under 6 years who can't swim or are scared of water. ENJOY and go on the rides.
