Food took a long time, and the menu was very minimal.

The water tap is leaking whenever we took a shower. Tap in the kitchen is leaking and also in the tub. Water tap needs to be fixed

We stayed in the family suite for one night as we arrived late to Bali. Found the accommodation to be great value for money, clean and convenient, nice breakfast included, friendly staff. Served its purpose well.

Close to the airport. We walked one mile, rather than paying $21. Huge room. The white bed cover was stained (my only negative comment). It was perfect for a few hours of sleep since we arrived at midnight and left the next day for Ubud. They need to separate the smokers from nonsmokers, since the smoke was blowing on us.

Very bad location. We woke up every night for some singing and other voices. The staff didn’t speak so well English. Breakfast was bad.

Classic near-airport hotel, so the visit was more budget-focussed. From that point of view, the hotel was totally fine and nothing to complain about. The room itself was a bit worn off, meaning, one could see that the last investment into it was quite some time ago. Nevertheless, again, it was a budget choice, so it was totally fine for the price we paid for.
