Overall, a pleasant hotel to stay. NH-Hotels is a typical middle quality service organization. Not specific to NH-Hotels but more related to Hungary: you really need to improve your language skills. A little more attention to cleaning and if you offer something, please make sure that the whole experience is customer proof. Room service works fine, until you want to get rid of your tray. Phone button doesn't work and at the reception nobody seems to understand what you as a customer is talking about.
Breakfast is for a medium quality hotel excellent. Staff is friendly. We had a studio, which worked for us very fine, since you have the perks of a hotel and the possibility to make your own dinner. Plenty of room to work or relax.
