It was 90 degrees out and the pool was not open for use. This should’ve been displayed on the website. I would’ve booked elsewhere. I feel like I was overcharged especially since not all the facilities were open.

I highly recommend staying here. The place was very clean and very well kept, and staff was very welcoming. We visited Fort Jackson during our stay and it was a very short and easy drive to get there.

The property is very nice, clean and the staff was very nice. However, the neighborhood around the hotel is unsafe.

The front entrance rug was so stained and dirty. It was disgusting. Our bathroom floor was dirty. I wiped it with a washcloth and it came out black. My feet were dirty from standing on it. My husband had to use the ice pocket to flush the toilet because the water was not reaching it, the eggs were watered down the coffee watered down the sausage was way overcooked. The guy at the front desk was very nice.

Staff were friendly and morning breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a central place with easy access to highways. The bad is that the immediate area is run down and there are questionable people hanging around the gas station next to the hotel. Also, the hotel room doors are hard to close so you have to slam them shut. It was hard to get some sleep as you can hear others slamming their doors frequently.
