Cozumel 317 - Great location - if you aren't fussy
Geplaatst op 4 mei 2016 op HotelsI realise that Cozumel 317 is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel and that the booking forms specifically stated that a light maid service would only be provided every other day. That said - during our nine day stay - we only had two maid services and the sheets were not changed. Then - on the day we were leaving - there were two maids standing outside the flat from 8:30 am desperately wanting to come in to strip sheets of the beds etc as we were trying to pack before the 10am check out time. I am sure the room choice said two single beds and a queen size bed - but the bed in the main room was a double bed. The fold out couch in the lounge was badly stained and the whole flat had a bit of a grimy feel - gunge on shower doors, gungy chipped tiles etc. The flat is well positioned next to a great swimming beach and the keys were left for us by Umdloti letting with no problems - but it certainly was not luxurious in any way - or pristine in the cleanliness department.

self catering with some nice restaurants that's within walking distance
