What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central.

Amazing service and beautiful property. You will feel like a VIP. Located conveniently close to many of the popular sights in Madrid but feels like you are away from it all. A home away from home in Madrid.

The staff is wonderfully accommodating and friendly. The accommodations and restaurant are superb. This will be my go-to hotel for the next visit 👍

The attentive staff is what made my stay excellent. Gigli at the front door and Ivana in the restaurant in particular went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed.
