We purchased the stay on Expedia the night before my wife’s cousin’s wedding. We drove nearly 3 hours. The wedding was in Gainsville. This is the Inn we chose due to the timing. We got in from the wedding after 11pm. In the morning we were in disbelieve and discussed when we saw the condition of the room once we had sunlight. Black Mold throughout the popcorn ceiling, mildew and algae growth around the front door and baseboards and the shower curtain rod falling off the wall. I took photos and emailed the Howard Johnston Ocala. We are due a full refund. This is unbelievable. They advised that we contact Expedia and Expedia would have to work through them since we paid thru Expedia.
