"Bait and Switch!"-NOT as advertised. Attempts to communicate concerns w/management are met with response "Call Expedia" or "This is the owner's choice" or "We can't fix that." I stayed in a condo that had 3 bedrooms. The condo issues: 1). Fan does not work. Man shows up and says "The remote is lost." 2) Couches are collapsed and beds are sunken in- Manager says "This is the owner's choice." 3) The furniture/appliances are 16 years old. 4) The mattresses (and pillows/mattress in couch) are budget, 16 years old. NO box spring. We got HORRIBLE sleep because the mattresses are old, sunken and not supported. 5) The comforter is not washed. 6) The tile has not been scrubbed in years... throughout the apartment is old, grimy tile. 7) The house had insects EVERYWHERE - the fan had cobwebs (spiders), the entry way had a wasp nest with wasps and the lights were filthy and infested with termites/ants? 8) The glasses were mismatched & the rims were chipped., you can cut your lip on them because they don't even check the glasses. 9) There were roofing nails in the dryer which tore up our clothes. 10) The rugs were stained and FILTHY. I wish I could write more....

I am sorry that you feel so terribly about the conditions of the townhome. We take our reviews very seriously and have checked into every issue that you have described while you were in the home and did correct the issues and did find that the other issues you reported were not valid.
