Waanzinnige ervaring

fantastische B&B. We hadden geluk met de kamer die een prachtig uitzicht heeft over de grachten ipv op de blinde muur van het gebouw ernaast. We moesten eerst melden bij een hotel dat ook uitbater was van de B&B. Van buiten niet herkenbaar als B&B dus je waant je een inwoner van Venetie. Inrichting was werkelijk prachtig en geheel in stijl. De hotelbediende was zeer vriendelijk en kosten nog moeite werd gespaard om het ons naar de zin te maken. We zijn niet gauw onder de indruk van een B&B of hotel, maar deze was echt waanzinnig

Poor Stay away from this place

We, family of four, had a terrible experience for 2 night in end July. AC and refrigerator out of order - in terrible heat. We had to open windows so there was invasion of mosquitoes. We called in the management, left emails, asking to check out after first night or get the AC fridge repair - no response. We asked for refund. No response. It was as if we were hostage to a callous, irresponsible management. The hotel ruined our Venice experience. We returned red and itchy with all mosquito bites. Our appeals for any compensations met with dead silence.

El personal nos facilitó el acceso a la entrada, a pesar que llegamos muy noche no nos costó en absoluto llegar pues desde antes nos facilitaron toda la información necesaria, el lugar muy limpio y cerca de la estación de buses, sumamente accesible.

First, we get there and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. No beautiful view, no nice mattresses and decorations, nothing. This is not a B&B. It was a small room, with a terrible mattress and a small bathroom. There was mold on the sheets, stains on the blanket and mold in the bathroom. We messaged to owners to inform them that we weren’t comfortable in the room, we were told we would change the sheets ourselves. We contacted Hotels .com to asked for a relocation, that wasn’t possible so we have to stay in this disgusting place. My husband changed the sheets, but we went through three blankets trying to find one without stains. On top of all of this, the mattress was the worst thing we’ve EVER slept on. Hotels .com contacted the owners to tell them that all of this was unacceptable and they were hung up on. Absolutely disgusting, I honestly don’t know how it has so many positive reviews, they must write them themselves!

Cheap but dirty

Location was not bad if you are traveling by train. The view from the window was picture perfect! Even though the hotel does not have a front desk check in was very smooth. the two biggest problems we had was how dirty the room was (bathroom had mold growing in various places) and the location is very noisy at night.
