'wat een misser, het stinkt er enorm,in het hotel maar ook op de kamer zelf, het ontbijt is vreselijk ..(in zo verre je het ontbijt kunt noemen) locatie is niet prettig, we hebben nog nooit zo`n waardeloos hotel gehad het enige complimentje is voor de fotograaf, het hotel wijkt enorm af van de foto`s'

'We booked a suite and got a standard 2 bed with no suite. Room smelt like mildew and cigarettes, carpet was wet. TV was crooked and looked like it was going to fall off the wall.'

'The back door did not lock. Did not see much as far as security cameras especially at back door. I moved my vehicle around to the front overnight because I did not feel safe leaving it in the back lot. Trashcan by back door overstuffed and smelled like dead fish with a spent syringe laying on the ground next to it. The inside was nice and clean but looked like the outside needed some major attention.'

'For the money spent this hotel was fine but it was very concerning that the black mold was spray painted over in the shower. That’s a huge health hazard. The beds were pretty lumping and the first floor had a very mildew smell to it. We honestly would like a discount on the room. For the owners knowledge, there was also water coming out from the shower handle. That will eventually cause an issue in the shower.'

'Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend'

'Our room was clean but the shower did not work. Called the front desk and told us how to use it but still didn’t work and no water pressure'

'Always stay here. Halfway between home in Florida and our daughter in Cincinnati. Good people. clean rooms. Decent breakfast. One complaint, Holiday Inn decided we didn't want or need a coffee maker in the room. Very disappointing. One other note. There is everything you need at this exit. Walmart close by, McDonalds, liquor store, restaurants, car washes and more.'

'Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.'

'Everything was fine except our bathroom. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it wouldn’t stay closed and it didn’t lock. The other issue we kept running into was there was no exhaust fan so the bathroom stayed VERY humid, wet & hot! The rest of the hotel was perfectly fine! Located next to a newer/upcoming area !'
