'Lots of noise outside on the property. Strangers also knock on your door. This didn't always make me feel safe. The staff's friendliness could be better at times.'

'The photos were misleading. The property is falling apart. The metal guard on the stars is rusty and one of the steps had a piece bent up, easily leading to an accident. The sidewalk to the room is full of old gum stuck to the ground and corroded from the drops of the air conditioner, dripping to the bottom floor. The area was not the best. The room was non-smoking, but I could smell a strong scent of it being a smoking room at one point or some other unusual smell. Housekeeping only changed...
